CLASSIC SCAM DONT FALL FOR THIS.
 
Since they updates here about no ''deposit needed''. I tried and claim free spins and made little more then 14 mbtc then wagered successfully and after wagering my final balance was 18.28mbtc. I requested cash out and after  that contacted them via live chat. There they demanded not only deposit but you have to wager that deposit 10x.

I have checked their ANN topic and i saw they are giving you response there. You should give them few extra time to  solve your issue. Follow their ANN and let them know what actually happened with you.

Yeah sure, though their live chat clearly told me to deposit and wager extra 10x, I will wait for few more hours to see how they approach this issue. I will surely update here.

Wow, this website wants to clear the air surrounding this, good for them that they want to look into it. The chat evidence is a little suspicious though, what is the need to deposit bitcoin when they clearly said that it is free, I am pretty sure I have seen this kind of parlor trick in some circuses that I have gone when I was younger, people reeling you in with some initial wins and then when you are hooked, they then present you something that seems to be a winning game and get you to play big money and then throw a metaphorical sucker punch behind you because the game was rigged all along and you are at their mercy in the first place, I will call it fishing. I hope that this will not be the case for this website because they seem to willing to clear the allegations.

Now they reversed my cash out without my consent ( previously saying that it will be there forever if I do not deposit, lol) and then admin corrected it I do not know what is this ''correction''.

I can't believe they are trying so hard to get a payout of less than 20 mbtc. Then there will be little budget for the site. Or maybe an exit scam. When you make a deposit, it is impossible that you have to bet 10x the amount before you can request a withdrawal. That only applies with bonuses usually. I hope you did not deposit to much money on this site.

One member also reported the same situation in their ANN topic, their support was very slow. I also don't know the final result because the admin or that member didn't give the details.

1. I don't get it, what's all with the reversed and completed withdrawals?
2.  Do they have any clear Terms and conditions regarding their bonus promotion on their website?

"completed" means it was sent, but it was not. There is a "live chat" but no one is there to talk.

Why would I trust a random casino that I even don't know about. I am trying to get answers from you people who have some experience with it so that I can decide whether to tag and flag them.

They are probably one of the last casinos that remain hidden in this forum.
They are outright fraud and scumbag.

Even a "legit" casino is not your friend. They exist to take your money. Why this forum still allows crypto casinos to advertise here is beyond me. They only do harm and do not make the world a better place.

they have a strange rule, if you deposit something you need to make 10x to be able to withdraw.

anyway I didn't deposit anything. I got a bonus code and was said it was not necessary to deposit.
the bonus cannot be withdrawn, but the winnings can. So I spent all and won some money on roulette.

I tried to withdraw and the system shows that the withdrawal was made, but it was not.

If it was due to the withdrawal rules, the withdrawal should be denied.
But what the system shows is that it was done. And they don't use txhashes, obviously.

According to other posts, the same happened to everyone who tried.

Allegedly because I played too high - that's why they took all my crypto.
But the roulette buttons have e.g. 2.5 mbtc and 5 mbtc and the max bet is supposedly 1 mbtc .
These livechat people behave like bots or AI in the early stages of development.

Yep, definitely a scam.

I was depositing 1mbtc to the site i won 32.64 but i was allowed to withdraw only 5mbtc, i was like fuck it,
its better then nothing.
Its about 52 hours after my withdrawal, first live chat said 1-2hours will be my payout processed, then please wait 1 day and then 48 hours.
And now they are saying there is no one to pay you out today.
And then after 50 hours they accusing me that im playing from different adress.
I was like ofc im playing from different ip adress coz the ISP are changing it a lot of times.
Bunch of scammers, how the fuck they have not been reported?!

PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT to this casino because they are steal your MONEY.

I dont even know how can they still advertise here.
