Dogecoin goes high n high this week. Any reason behind them?

There are lots of member have been saying if the reason that creates the pump for doge caused by the tweet from the WSB, you can also visit such thread to get the more information about that.
I guess this is just a common pump and dump that happened with doge coin.

Elon musk is the one good reason I can point to, just look at what he just did with Bitcoin, the price has already pump 18% in one hour. When you have a man with more than 45 million followers, even if 10% of these people make a bid for Doge the price is going to sky rocket, my advice to anyone that miss the pump is not to FOMO into it, please these will not end well for many people

Yeah, others are pointing out that Elon Musk tweet really influence the price of bitcoin today.

I'm hesitant to call it the main reason for the sudden pump of BTC or Doge, but in any case Elon's massive followers could have interpret it as a official endorsement and perhaps they buy the hype causing the price to swell again. This is the best example of FOMO, for Doge, yes, just be careful not to be excited as you might get trap inside. Used your common sense and due diligence.

People missed out on Gamestop and such stocks, so crypto currency users tried to find a good coin. Doge is the perfect example of meme coin so they started pumping it. That's why it goes high.

Even this coin rise it will dump fast because it is not good coin like the other coin is not potential because almost years there is no improvement in the last few years I really like this coin but after few years of holding without getting profit I lost my trust and I think they need to prove more again to regain our trust.

I was also surprised when I see the pump this morning I have a 20K Doge in my Binance wallet that's why immediately sold it at 0.081 cents it's crazy honestly I was not expecting this pump to happen with Dogecoin I was only using doge for Casino game purposes But now it gives me some decent profit because of the pump. But just be careful who knows it will be another artificially induce pump, or maybe the reason was Elon Musk Bio on Twitter.

To my surprise this morning, I want to check my Binance account asy custom is. Only to find out that my doge coin that worth less than $3 a month ago, has jumped to $42 worth. When I bought this coin few months ago, I just wanted to have other altcoins that was the main reason for keeping it. I have close to 5000 of it before by I sold some of it to be used as gas. Now I'm regretting Eve doing that. One thing about this coin is that it can't continue to go up like that. I believe in the next couple of days it will definitely return back to it normal price. Elon musk has done a good job by posting something about Doge which within 24 hours has given it over 204% increase.

That is a good thing for doge coin for the beginning of the year. Doge coin has not really performed since 3years I hodl it. They almost abandoned it and it kept diving down and as a reason many hodlers also sold off. The last time I checked , the price was about 0.004 but it has increased to make hodlers happy a little. I hope the owners can start improving on the doge coin to take advantage of this pump and maintain the volatility. I don't know if the pump is also related to bitcoin that also fired up too almost same time for doge pump.

You are among the lucky ones because you still hold the token because the increase is very fast and this is certainly a lot of surprise because while others are struggling with the decline, this is the opposite and of course having a token is a gift.

what you are afraid of about a fairly rapid increase of course there will be suspicion and need to be observed properly, but if you have made the trade, of course you are on the right track. because it looks like prices are starting to fall back and whether it is temporary to bounce back it seems difficult for us to be sure of that.

It's not the only thing that creates the pump for doge coin but i guess there's another reason too just like WSB was also shilling for doge by creating a tweet if doge could be the next dollar.
So many people have expected doge to go to the $1 in a few days lol but they didn't realize if they were getting trapped by the pump and dump scheme.
The dump is happening instantly and so many people got trapped.

The DOGE price increase was driven by increased demand after Tesla CEO Elon Musk stated that Dogecoin was his favorite crypto asset. Elon Musk stated that DOGE is his favorite crypto asset on Twitter. People saw that then they bought DOGE. Because the demand is massive, it certainly affects the price. However, the increase in the price of Dogecoin was not only due to Elon Musk but also due to the increase in bitcoin prices. For the record, Dogecoin is a type of altcoin which is a derivative of bitcoin technology.

It could also be attributed to wallstreetbets as well. There are so many groups right now that has sort of manipulate the price. Remember that DOGE is a meme coin and everyone almost forgot about this crypto. And unless someone or group or people are going to pump it, then it will be just under the shadow of most crypto's.

But since there are people who want to keep this coin as relevant as possible, they started to massively pump again and then FOMO sets in. Remember that it was also pump in the last quarter thru Tik Tok apps, but now they took it to the next level, like in other social media including reddit.

I understand totally what you're saying, recently people literary gone mad over dogecoin, sold their bitcoin for doge. World biggest rich man can shake any market, and to be sure market respond right away. Doge FOMO will take us outa here.

This coin gets exposure from the tweet created by the billionaires (elon musk) this is the second time for doge coin to get massive pump after the last one happened last year.
There's also another famous twitter account already created the shilling tweet for doge coin too.
This could be the reason and that's why CMC was created WSB token lol.

I'm just wondering what is the use of dogecoin in the real world? I think people are just going with the dogecoin's hype, we can't blame them if it's a profit then why not take it I have made a really good profit on dogecoin in one night.

is a coin with good track record and very low fees also funny, i like it since day one and is good is pumping!!!

The only use case of doge coin in the real world is used as a micropayment system consider the doge coin tx fees is very cheap and it has fast block too.
I don't see any other usefulness from the doge coin other than this one. The developers of dogecoin have gone and this coin is not active developed.
Doge is only a pump and dump coin that is always getting a pump once in every period.

Binance is manipulating the price. They have tweeted about doge and doge appears on first page of their app. They did same thing with dot few days back.
Binance is getting paid for promoting these coins. This is unethical

Agree.  That's exactly what happened earlier in the week.  In fact, it was a beautiful shot of being blown away by ElonMusk, that temptation blew Doge away.  GameStop also had a huge impact in supporting this event.  As a result, Doge memorized> 100k marked tweets. ~ .09 peak by Doge

Guys, I'm sorry, but I can't understand what this is about. The fact is that this week Elon Musk mentioned Bitcoin on Twitter and it was this tweet that influenced Bitcoin's fast jump by 15 percent in half an hour. Of course, this happened almost at the same time as the growth of DOGE, but I did not observe Elon Musk's statement regarding Doge.

Its already tweeted from Nov 2020 or Dec 2020, i cant found it also, but i see it before. I dont think this pump is related to Elon Musk too.
There's rumour that this pump is from redditor which do same with GME, any thought?

Lol binance is not even doing anything to the price but WSB community does it dude. They were pumping doge coin to the moon and after the first pump and so many whales are trying to get into the doge coin too.
There's no correlation with binance. The pump and dump community was the party who has been manipulating the price of doge. I do agree if binance is lack of attitude by FOMOing doge with binance social media account.

Now that there are more and more Dogecoin related topics, I still don't know why the Dogecoin pump is so high. But many people associate Elon Musk
with a lot of tweets related to Dogecoin, although I'm not sure about that either. I actually more believe there is a big institution behind Dogecoin's
recent rise. It is indeed interesting to discuss about Dogecoin which is now increasingly viral. I am also one of the investors who benefited from

Elon musk is too influential that all the coins that he mentions would be on the trend and it will definitely pump. I have read lots of happenings about doge on Reddit and Twitter and I have found out to huge investors are playing with its price. Things are going exciting for Doge which was just made to be a meme coin.

No use case and the only use case of dogecoin to be used as a pump and dump coin only. Just caused by the rumour about dogecoin will replace dollar that can make the dogecoin gets pumped so hard.
People are not seeing it based on its use case but the fact that if people are looking for the opportunity to make money.
That's the only reason why so many people are buying doge right now. It's dumped again.

I'm curious but when the reddit people posted about dogecoin... did most people on the forums able to notice it quickly to be able to buy it?  Because it went from one cent all the way to 8 cents... but now it dropped back all the way down to two cents etc.


So wouldn't that mean if you know when the reddit people will start buying and you see the price start pumping, you immediately buy it?  Then look at the price and once it hits a certain price... or say it hits a price then starts dropping, then you sell it for profit?  Thus have a set price you want to sell it at?

I really wonder why some people are exaggerating the news about DOGE coin, and I see on the bitcointalk board many topics discussing the doge coin, but if you pay the attention there are nothing special about the coin, the indeed DOGE is currently experiencing an increase but altcoins many others have also grown, but why are DOGE coins being discussed, are this a process to a pump up DOGE prices ???.

doge has increased due to the very high supply and demand factor of doge. but elon musk's encouragement also seems to have an effect even though it can't be said to be true. whatever it is for the current doge hike is very good and extraordinary

I think the pump has ended, is now experiencing a dump or will return to normal prices again.

This is not for any reason, it's time for Dogecoin to have a significant boost. I think Dogecoin has been in the crypto market for too long but it has good potential, it's just that it hasn't found the best position yet. and now Dogecoin is finding its best position coupled with investor interest to own Dogecoin is very large. That's in my opinion the main factor of Dogecoin
