Title: How to fight VeRO terrorism on internet marketplaces?
Post by: KTChampions on January 29, 2021, 08:26:31 PM
I will not elaborate on the details, as I expect to hear advice from those who are familiar with the topic from the practical side.
I would like to hear advice on how to properly submit a counter-claim so that the "copyright holder" would stop pouring out his complaints, but did not file a lawsuit either.
It is about selling virtual items in the game. As you can imagine, this is prohibited in Tos (I am not against it), but I do not like that the copyright holder gets into other people's affairs on sites that do not belong to him.

Up lol!
I can't believe that no one from here traded on Ebay or other platforms and faced this problem  ???
Judging by the fact that many sellers work for a long time (and from the point of view of the copyright holder, they are violators) there is a way to resolve this issue  ::)
