But, this forum is not about how to earn Bitcoin, it is about learning and contributing useful posts. Learn about Bitcoin most especially and other cryptocurrencies is the begining of your dream come through on this forum.

1: You can increase your rank by studying the threads and making valuable and on-topic constructive posts. you'll get merits on those posts which is required to increase ranks.

2: Bitcointalk itself is not an earning platform. it does not offiical offer any way of earning. but there are many ways which you can use to earn like joining signature campaigns. doing jobs in services. joining bounties. selling digital goods etc etc.

3: to see and withdraw your earning you need a bitcoin and altcoin wallet. I advise you to download trustwallet it supports almost every currency and you can store your coins their safelyl.

You asked how to earn bitcoins, that's almost impossible nowadays, you need too many machines... But it is possible to get some ethereum tokens for free when they launch (by following their twitter etc), let me know if you're interested I can recommend a page or two to you. Otherwise no choice but to buy bitcoin at an exchange!

Wrong, you can still earn bitcoins if you have the ability to serve the community with your creativity such as content creation service, signature creation and other service.

Joining a bounty program also allows people to earn bitcoin only if the altcoin project they support is successful and participant are paid in token or coin which can then be converted into bitcoin.

Actually the OP's question have been answered quite often by the public and almost every day I see the same question lately. In my opinion, all the suggestion that have been answered are very good for the OP to learn, so there is no need to tell further. That would be very confusing.

You need to have merits and enough number of activity. To get merits, you can try by making quality posts or help others. If you have something valuable to share with others, you can make a thread. And to get enough activity, you need to be active here, better to log in and make posts every day.

Firstly, you must read and learn what Lauda stated on the thread. Get some lessons from that thread.

Using machines to mine bitcoins is not the only way to earn money. That is why you're wrong about earning bitcoins is impossible. There are different ways to earn btc like joining bounty programs, selling digital goods or different goods and other ways you might think of.

Why you need higher forum rank?
Bitcoin earning and forum rank are not directly related and you can earn bitcoin in many ways through translation, programming, logo design and other paid projects in the market section of the forum and also outside the forum.
I advise you to focus on what you can contribute to the forum and how you can help others instead of thinking about the forum rank and merits.

Now, let's get back to your original question. Is there really a reason why you want to increase your rank? What are you missing with your current rank? All the contents of this forum are available to all ranks and you can equally participate in all discussions here. Try to get actively involved in the discussions and contribute something valuable to the community. Don't just focus on ranking up, that will come naturally by actively participating on the forum.

Just to tell you, your account has no anh kind of wallet here, no one pays through bitcointalk's account if they have been hired to a certain campaign or other means of doing trades inside this forum.
Well, if you want to earn, you might want to offer your service here, sell something, etc. Regarding to the rank, you might be hired someday if you're at rank which are eligible for signature campaigns here. When you reached Member rank, you can apply to signature campaigns that looks for Members. The higher the rank, commonly higher paid.

Nothing wrong with it since many existing users earning from this forum in various ways. But your intention of join on this forum shouldn't earn money. It's quite complicated because this forum isn't an earning platform. So how are other users earning from here? Yes, this question would in your mind. The answer is either they are selling their skill or doing bounty or lending business. So, if you have something like that, then probably you would earn something. But before that, you should be an established member of this forum. Otherwise, you might earn a few shitcoins or scam coins from here by bounty campaign.

Anyway, I will suggest read more as much as possible you can. Learn about forums and cryptocurrency. You can't do anything without gaining more knowledge. Don't forget to read forum rules and use the search button.

In the withdrawal of your Bitcoin you must have a wallet first I recommend to use is the electrum. You can manage easily those transaction fees by adjusting manually to lessen the fee the consequence is the fast of the transaction. I think to use those bitcoin you just need to find an exchange or platform support to your local currency.

Just learn more first before get problematic on that.

There are many things or technical stuff to learn, just focus first on that, and later earning is easy for you, plus factor is you will easily avoid scam and fraud activities which are common in the bounty section.

This is because we have seen many newbies joining this forum just for the sake of earning bitcoin and never focus on what bitcoin is all about.
They end up joining fake bounties and get scammed or else get banned from this forum for breaking one or many rules.

What you should do is read through the forum rules already mentioned in the above posts and then get started with learning about bitcoin and blockchain technology.
Once you start learning you will soon realize that bitcoin is not about earning money but being able to control our money. You will learn many more things along this pathway.
You will gradually develop your knowledge which will improve your post quality. You will then get merits easily and rank up without any hassle.

You can easily join the signature campaigns on this forum or provide a skill that you have as a service and start earning.
But you should have full dedication and will to learn and grow yourself. If you follow this passionately this will really help you a lot in your life.

I don't know how this might sound to Most of the newbies out here or should i say beginners but, its important to note that the first step is always the hardest step and that's what you have done by creating an account on this platform. For some, it might have come easy while others experienced a little difficulty of whitelisting there IP address after paying a small fee in BTC and that alone becomes a motivation for a few who are passionate enough and really mean to build a fortune for themselves through the forum.
