Title: Any virtual card or physical card allowing US billing address for non-US people? Post by: btcb3g1nn3r on January 31, 2021, 07:09:47 AM Hi,
I've read this thread about how to get Visa crypto card (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5311841.0) There are webstores allowing payments only via US cards (due to GDPR regulations they don't want to comply with). Do you know any crypto card provider that is not strict enough to allow you setting a billing address/address for the card in order to allow online payments? Ideally I want just a virtual card for online payments, I can fill the KYC, I have a friend in US where I want to ship the stuff I buy so, billing address can be set for an US one but I want my card transaction to be accepted as that billing address will not match my KYC data. I hope you understand what I need, if not, I'll try to edit my post answering your questions. thanks Title: Re: Any virtual card or physical card allowing US billing address for non-US people? Update: I opened another thread for any kind of card transactions/services under similar cases, it seems Dashbargain can do the task for 3.5% fee https://dashbargain.com/about.html I guess it's a good alternative. It is a terrible idea. You're right. It's very bad...- I just laid down his/her options and looks like btcb3g1nn3r already found an alternative way. I found myself a theoretical way in the meanwhile but it's not quite fair... - order binance card using US billing address => this will allow you to have virtual card number/data valid till the physical card will go to that address - ask my friend to ship back that card to my home address or cancel the card /let the card return to sender I hate this kind of stuff and I don't think I'll go for it... no clue if it's legal or not Title: Re: Any virtual card or physical card allowing US billing address for non-US people? It is a terrible idea. What about if the law changes and the citizens must now report this type of account or an account on an exchange? As it is the case in my country (and it won't be the last one) If his friend doesn't do it he risks a fine. If he does and depending on their taxation system, he will have to report the sale of bitcoins that he did not even own and did not even benefit and pay the tax. If the friend agrees to pay the tax, I can say it's a very good friend ^^ @btcb3g1nn3r When you will cancel the card there is a good chance Binance close the virtual card. So it's useless |
