I am looking for platforms where creators of video can earn good revenue. These days youtube is creating lots of strict policies and banning channels without any reason. I am looking to find good alternatives for youtube where not only we can upload video freely but at the same time earn good money.

But it is very difficult to find hosting with high traffic and no censorship. It is necessary to make a choice in favor of the highest priority condition.

I doubt that you will find such thing (unless it NSFW content). Other services don't have such huge traffic, so they can't pay as much as Youtube. Most popular alternative video hosting services is Dailymotion and Vimeo, but there your earnings won't be even close to what you can get on Youtube. Also, it will be more difficult to get views there.
Nowadays it's really difficult to monetize Youtube channel and their policy sucks. But there is no strong competitor for Youtube in the market and they can do whatever they want, so Youtubers have no other choice than accept their rules.
I don't know what kind of content you make, but to make money from Youtube now you should think out of the box. Just look what other Youtubers are doing. Integrating sponsors and their adds in video, paid channel memberships, Patreon integration and etc.

Other than that I'm thinking about NSFW site but for sure many doesn't want to upload their private videos there so maybe go on legal and easy ones.

Do these video hosting site pay for uploading the video or watching the video ?

I understand that nothing is comparable to youtube at the moment but i hope we soon have a decentralized platform for video creators which pays good amount of money.

As you already know ^{[based on your 2nd post in here]}, nothing comes close to giving you the opportunity that you can have on YT but just to give you another option, there's also "Dtube (https://d.tube/) ^{[I used it in its first few months and it definitely had potential]}".
^{- I know a lot has changed since then but seeing that it's still around, it's probably worth a try.}

I never asked for any assistance for video making or photography. I only wanted to know the platform which can provide some income for the video creators and i good some response from this community. Anyways thanks for your offer.  :)
