I just created this thread as one of my service and published it ... What should i do for remove this negative mark??

Perhaps you can start from stopping your "service" altogether, as your "service" is proven to be extremely questionable, borderline to promoting scam --assuming you're honest when you said you just create and publishes ann thread as your service and you're not part of the team, or that you're responsible for the plagiarized content.

Your previous thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5309778.0) were also copying materials, as found (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5309778.msg56109017#msg56109017) by qwertyup23. You never explained your situation there despite qwertyup23 already gave you chance to do so. Since the past few days, website is inaccessible, which would lead people to strongly believe it is a failed attempt of scamming people.

And let's not forget the project (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5246919.0) before that, the one which were also abandoned. Or are you saying you also just offering your service to create a thread for both of these project and you're not part of the developer team?

Account is blocked. If he independently works on such projects, it is not surprising that he is constantly accused of something.
The constant repetition of mistakes, and the hope that when, then his deception will not be noticed on the forum, led to a permanent ban. I hope that your "wonderful" projects, the forum will not be lucky enough to see  again.

As your findings also reveal the user has a history of ban evasion, I can't help but wondering if this account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=328536) is also his, as this account sent supportive trust to aid scammer's situations and he also shared a history of plagiarizing documents

Perhaps they are related. But for a direct accusation, I did not find very direct evidence, as was the case with adeeshaa.
