Hi.

Why the Mozilla can´t load the complete page of the faucet ?
With Chrome or IE its ok.

I checked about:config and the javascript is enabled for Firefox.

This problem has started today.

Somebody can helpme to load the complete page on firefox?

But first you could check your zoom is set to 100% (just an idea) and see if you've recently installed an add on. Also you light want to send them a screenshot of how it's loading at the moment.

practically don´t work the login, features, sign up buttons and each time that i make i saw a little message on foot page thay says: "javascript:void(0);"

Is it a must for you to use mozilla firefox? You've already confirmed that chrome browser works and that's what I'm using on my PC too, get used to that, also make sure you are using the updated mozilla browser

I don't trust the Google Chrome browser much. And even more so IE.
OP, perhaps you should open a new profile in Firefox, and see if everything opens correctly there. Since my browser opens everything fine and the site works smoothly.
Perhaps you yourself made the settings of any parameter incorrect since you yourself write that you have already looked into about:config.

Both work and load just fine. There must be an issue on your end. Something might have corrupted your Firefox browser or you installed some plugins or add-ons that are causing the problems. Try to uninstall and install the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and revert back any software changes you might have done when the problems started.

I suggest you uninstall Mozilla and then reinstall it again without any add-on inside the browser.
I think it is normal if you install some add-on from unknown sources to impact some websites.
But if you still get the same problem, I think you do not have to use Mozilla, but you can use Chrome or Opera or the other browser.
Somehow, I feel that you want to use some add-on to do something related to freebitco ;D
But maybe I am wrong ;D

I think you need to work on your setting as I am using this browser for years for this faucet never have any issue even its work much better then other browsers like Chrome and IE so just create new account or check setting hopefully this will works better for you as well @Pmalek already post images.

I am using Firefox 84.0 (64-bit) Mozilla for Ubuntu, and it works just fine.

There's something probably messed up with your browser. Are you able to see the Captcha Challenge right before you login/sign up?

Remember what you did before the problems started? Rewind all your actions. Try to disable all Firefox extensions. You can also use firefox portable version. Without deleting the main firefox, start the portable version with new settings.

I Use Mozila also now and site works for me since then i experience no issue from the beginning .

10 days have passed. Is there any improvement or you're still experiencing the same problem with Mozilla firefox browser OP? Maybe you have to clear cache and do the same stuff as trying to login to incognito mode and see if that will work for you.

Other than that, if does still exists, there's no other method of solving it but through reaching out the support.
