Subject line says it all!!!  I think so, but I need to see what others think.

It is a very old altcoin and you can simply conclude it is dead.

No trading volume (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/colossusxt/) but it has been on few small exchanges: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/colossusxt/markets/

The developers are active but it does not mean they are working productively. The last update in forum is for the swap to Ethereum blockchain: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2141880.msg56024786#msg56024786

They said they are more active in Discord so you can join their Discord and ask more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2141880.msg56024818#msg56024818

This is a zombie coin, colx is not dead yet but it's not also having a good development progress.

This is the latest news that came from the team https://t.me/colossuscoin/274023

COLX will be delisted from token.net due to the token.net will be closing its operation permanently. This coin doesn't have a lot of exchange site that can cover it. That's why i call this as a zombie coin.

Since they still
- Active but without any development
- No volume
- Small exchaneg.

So, just say 99% dead 1% alive you can fully 100% the coin was a death coins when they already out or not online anymore. Just don't put anything to project like this, more than a few years without any milestone already indicated the project failed.
