lost my hard drive- tried the forgot password link,   in June '20  it took 8 hours for me to get their email which expired 2 hours later  so I never saw it until it was too late. That is the last email I got from them.  now I do not get any replies for my reset password request.   I try every few weeks.   
Is there any way to contact them for help?

It's possible that your account has been deleted due to inactivity that's why you are not getting any response. You can test this by creating a new account using the same email address and a different password. Do it only if you don't have a significant balance in your old account.

How long does the account have to be inactive before they delete it?
I do have an inactive account from 2016/2017 and it still receives promotional mails to this date

It's possible that your account has been deleted due to inactivity that's why you are not getting any response. You can test this by creating a new account using the same email address and a different password. Do it only if you don't have a significant balance in your old account.

I don't think they delete accounts if you still have a balance or were ever active on the site. I have nearly 200 referrals and most of them have been inactive for a long time. They only delete new accounts that have no activity after 2 weeks of registering.

Have you already contacted those person or post up on  the thread above given? This will fasten up for sure for them to resolve this problem.

Most of the time some email providers automatically filter automated messages as spam.

Hello , I don't know who to contact but I have lost my secret key and 2FA code too. I do have the number but To send the recovery code it says it requires minimum of 0.15$ I have 400 sats in my account can you please help me recover my 2FA or just disable it. Here's my USER ID: 3502811
