The concept of "alt season" is nothing more than a gimmick at the most. The term has been create by altcoin bagholders who are tired of holding their shitcoins and wish to dump it on a newbie who has been fooled enough to buy it.

You words seem like you are one of those fools who will buy some shitcoin and then go asking everywhere if that coin will go up. Let me tell you something in general, bitcoin is the only coin that you need to buy for profit, rest all are shitcoins.

I suggest you register on Binance. But I do not suggest you buy new altcoins because that will be too risky. You will see a pump and dump for the new altcoin, which will be too risky if you do not have the right skills in trading to determine the time to enter the market. Binance  and Kucoin that's where the safest exchange if you are truly a new here.

You should still be diligent and alerted about hacks. But it is Binance and it's reputable and is aware of the risks of hacking and that's why they are not compromising the security of their exchange. You have at least confidence in them because they were hacked once and they have improved a lot.

They have too many supported altcoins which you can say is quite good if you'll rely on their choice. Their limit per day having without KYC is also a good feature and I hope that they won't change that for a long time.

And since everyone has already mentioned the exchange you should buy crypto.  The only advice I can give you when you enter a new game is to be careful when visiting or clicking on links.  For now, exchange accounts are very vulnerable to hacking.  So it is highly recommended that you enable its protection to keep your funds safe and secured.  You may be like others because of their shortcomings they will blame the exchange in case there is a problem even though the company is not at fault.

And then it looks like you are new because you don't seem to know the risk you are going to take because instead of expecting to earn big, the opposite will happen.  Because you can lose if you don't manage that well.

Buying the new altcoin will not be recommended because we do not know if that coin can have a bright future.
But I wonder what new altcoin you want to buy since we have so many altcoins with good moves and the coin can increase anytime.
You can take a look at ethereum, bnb, litecoin, or the other altcoins.
You can choose from the low price until the high price to be your investment, but I suggest you research more about bitcoin because I think bitcoin will give you a big profit in the future.

But for me, a decentralized exchange is good if you want for long term investment. But if you want a large volume of coins, I recommend using the Binance exchange which supported a lot of altcoins to choose from. I hope you have learnt trading before you start doing it in real time. I lost too much when i started trading thinking i would make a lot of money.
Also you should not keep your target too high. Be realistic , trade with stop loss and take profits on the way. Don't be greedy and do not invest all your money in single altcoin.

If you continue having that idea of hitting it big within a short time, you might end up getting scammed by all these Ponzi schemes or scam platforms flying around. First thing first is getting all the knowledge you need, such as how to secure your wallet, about different wallets and so on. You also need to understand how to study a project and how to follow it up before investing, that is, if you want to be an investor. On the other hand, if you want to be a trader, then you will need to understand what trading entails, and so on, so that you don't buy pump and dump coins. And lastly, if you want to be a long term holder you will also need to know the type of coins to hold, such as Bitcoin and so on. strange because if you are really new in this game why you imediately go for new altcoins  . starters usually start in btc and then move on top altcoins after gaining some experience and last would be the newer altcoins if they want more thrill  .

 you cant find newer altcoins on a secure exchanges because secure exchanges are strict and wont just accept anything that is trashy . try decentralize exchanges but be extra careful when dealing with them .

You want a hint, so I'll give you one. Ask yourself why the Bitcoin price is where it is now. Find the answers. Then check to see if any other coin can meet these conditions. If you do it, your money will be much safer.

You should got top ranking exchange like search on cmc then it will enough for you. Basically if you want hold altcoins for long time then definitely you had hold hardware wallet because exchange not good safety for long time holding. Otherwise if you would buy altcoins then best binance, kucoin, gate, mxc, biki, bitforex etc. But don't forget it, exchange wallet not best safety for your assets.

Stick with Binance and you would be saving up your ass in lots of headaches that you can potentially experience into those shitty platforms out there.

Hitting big with altcoins can happen if you also invest big amounts in them. You can buy them just about any exchange where they are listed but to be safe just register to one at least you can be sure you won't stray somewhere. Pick Binance, they list good coins and also pick the ones that are performing well. The only suggestion that makes sense is picking the coins on the top 10 of coinmarketcap.

Lol he was asking about altcoin season in which I am finding if there is one , I only Know a Bull Season and Bitcoin season But altseason ? there is no such a thing .

Because there is a thousand of them and if there is a season for them then Best if they all Pumping but is there comes a time?

I's good to follow what binance featured new tokens since we can expect that their listed alts will get a good volume since binance is so strick about adding some of it on their exchange. And new investors should follow that since for me its quite less risky compare to the other exchange which possibly they will buy a new scam alt. Although there are times that token dump on binance but as I see it has a great chance to pump when market and good development happened on the said project.

If you're new here and have no previous experience, I don't think it's right for you to invest right now. You should rather take some time. You look at the market first, notice the ups and downs of the market and then decide which coins you want to invest in. It would not be right to invest in other people's suggestions. Because if you have a loss, no one will make up for it.
