Bitfinex is also a good choice. There are many of them you can choose from the link that's given to you above. But some of those exchanges are already asking for KYC IIRC. Choose wisely but the best of them all is to choose Binance.us.Binance and Kucoin would be the best place. The site like bittrex is fully compliant with the SEC rules. Have you tried those sites?
I think that bitfinex and bittrex are the best candidates for you to buy BTT. Both were compliant with regulation in US. Just try that dude.
