He is a successful man in cryptocurrency The coin he talks about gets his price up. a few days ago he tweeted about dogecoin and check his price where are you. I think that's why people follow Elon Musk.

Have you heard about Satoshi Nakamoto who is having 1 million BTC in his wallet for very long time but Elon mus publicly admitted that he is having 0.25BTC only.

He is not the biggest man in crypto. He has less influence than even someone like CZ.

He has only ever talked about Bitcoin. It took a place in his twitter bio. With DOGE, his interest primarily lays because DOGE was popularized as a joke, meme-coin. DOGE will not continue its trajectory as there are longtime miners and holders waiting to dump it.

People follow him because he built successful and technologically groundbreaking companies like PayPal, SpaceX and Tesla from scratch and because his life's mission is to make humans an interplanetary species.

currently Elon Musk is the richest man and is in the spotlight of technology. so many people have made him a role model. when he glanced at the world of crypto, there will be so many people who will study it, and even invest. after all, great people would always be role models for now, that was the reason.

His success is enough already for the people to follow him. What he did and is doing right now are enough already for the people to follow him.

elon musk is the richest man in the world but not the biggest cryptoqurrency holder. as you already know about satoshi and bitmain, one of the biggest bitcoin holders today. because the DOGE price went up so significantly yesterday that it made most people think that the man was very influential in the crypto market. so people started to follow everything the guy did.

Truthfully he's just new and what's indeed funny is that his company's market cap was surpassed by Bitcoin. Considering as well that he's been held as the wealthiest man right now on Earth it isn't surprising that there are huge crowd follow him, I admit I do, he's brilliant and you can learn for two on his amazing career. Little do everybody know that the huge men behind Bitcoin aside from Satoshi was the developers that continued the legacy and those early adopters that promotes it and now it was being adapted worldwide. A little thanks to them before we even say Elon was the huge or biggest man in crypto space.

Many people follow and respect Elon Musk's innovative projects. His every word counts, not just about cryptocurrencies. Elon Musk must continue to maintain credibility and fulfill his promises. Elon is an ambitious person. People like to follow those who  are ambitious. They know that anything a proven ambitious person says is going to affect how people look at things. Hence, most of the people are following Elon for their own benefit/profit. Like look at this. Elon changed his bio in twitter to #bitcoin. Those who has been following Elon knows he is up to something. So they started investing in bitcoin and other crypto currencies. And then after a week, baam! Tesla buys around $1.5 billion worth of bitcoin causing the price to reach a new all time high! Those people who invested early after looking at updates from Elon, already made some good amount of profits!
So in other words, people are interested in Elons work since they are interesting and also help them make profit.

I don't think we need to argue how ambitious Elon Musk is, but coming to the crypto space in general, I do not think he is the biggest Man. The biggest Man we all know is Satoshi owing to the number of Bitcoin he owns, but since he is not around, I can't say for sure who is next in line. Also, the reason why it looks like whatever he say moves people is because of what happened with Doge coin, afterall all these years Doge coin was struggling until he showed more interest which lead to its growth, and since people have seen that, they now glue to him. He is a very rich and successful man in the world out there, but when it comes to the crypto space, there are people holding more Bitcoin than him. On the other hand, when you talk about influence, yes, he has a good influence in the crypto space now.

Also, theres many people behind Elon which have many followers too, so its like a domino effect when Elon glanced at the world of crypto.

People follow him just because he is an innovator and a brave investor who takes risks. He established the first private company that deals with spaceships (SpaceX) which many people thought that it will fail. Now every time he speaks up for something then it gathers people around him. He is so influential that even though he has not deep knowledge (he says that he has not) in cryptocurrencies, people follow him either way. He will be an inspiration for many other people and companies soon.

Also about tesla people are now being curious about bitcoin it self since he tell people that tesla is now going to accept bitcoin as a payment he has an good impact in the crypto currencies not only because he own dogecoin. It's true every time he talked about doge the price went up he always tell people that crypto currency is for the people and this is the future he always believed in that how can you not idolize such a successful man in the world not only in wealth.

He never specifically said that he got investments within the Cryptocurrency Industry, all he is doing is hyping up the values but never stated that he invested on a Single Cryptocurrency. Well I'm not because I don't have buying power but for sure, I'll take that opportunity to join the hype even if its risky because I know money is there maybe next time I'll follow him for good. A lot of people see a visionary in him. When he founded SpaceX in 2002 i think even his most loyal supporters didn't expect that spaceX would become the most innovative space travel company on earth. Even ahead of nasa.

We are all following the guidance of successful people, and Elon Musk is the highly successful person that he is, many are looking and following what he is saying because tend to consider successful people as having a Midas touch, and since he is tweeting and making hype on DogeCoin, people think that DogeCoin will become the next big thing in the Cryptocurrency, I'm sure there will be more tweets promoting coins in the future, be sure to get a hint.  

I heard that the Elon Musk buys a large amount of Doge coins, so that's what makes a lot of it follow the Doge movement, for short term trades or investments. just like Tesla who bought bitcoin with a value of 1.5 billion USD. that's what makes bitcoin so high.

I don't know Elon Musk, but I respect him for the impact he has on the entire crypto-loving community. one tweet makes people panic, especially if he tweets every day ... guess what will happen?

what you say is true, but we can see it looks like these rich people have quite an influence in the crypto world and the fact that elon musk tweeted doge caused people to compete to buy doge and basically it was not elon musk tweet that caused Doge price rises but is caused by large demand transactions for doge by people who are affected by elon musk's tweets which trigger the doge price to increase in the market, just as the effect John Mcaffe exerts on a crypto project which makes many investors invest in projects that Indeed, John Mcaffe became the project's ambassador, as did the Bobrepair project in the past.

It is only natural for a popular person like Elon to get a surprising market response. he was in the spotlight with his company's rocketing product. after many people talked about it he immediately showed his interest in crypto. it made a huge adoption from the market.

I don't think that I was following or even the others, what I was doing now and the market is riding on his popularity to the hypes he made. He uses his name and popularity to create such a thing and people jump on just like what they do in the previous Bullrun. And maybe, we are so thankful to him and not ask why we follow or not, or why is hyping the market because the real thing is that, we get a huge benefit from this.

Elon musk is for me a big figure in business. in cryptocurrency elon musk also has a huge asset and influence on the cryptocurrency community. so that sometimes what he says has an influence on the development of a project. that's why many people including me follow Elon musk.

You're putting this the wrong way, Elon doesn't give investment advice per se, he only makes public his interest and proclivity for a particular coin, what happens is, him being the successful business man he is, people expect him to make the right choice more often than not, that way, people want to buy the same cryptocurrency he talks about, and prolly see if they'll make ROI for themselves as well.
Elon musk is a successful business man who is investing in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, I wouldn't really call him a "successful man in crypto", he has already made money from his different businesses and is putting a fraction of it in dex crypto, thus people following his investment trail, should remember not to invest more than they can afford to lose.

Its not wrong to believe in him, we normally follow and believe people who are smarter and richer than us. More precisely, we often like to follow the rich, famous and influential because they have such a great reputation in the world, most of the products they choose are of certain qualities and can produce a lot of profit, sometimes it's just a contract to advertise the product but they can also create trends that people are excited to follow. Rich people do have influence over other people for some reason. I am not talking about just their regular financial influence on the world, that is understandable, I am talking about like a "rock star" type of situation, they get adored like famous tv celebrities for some reason, and the richer you get the more people love you and that is a bit of different and weird situation to me.

I do not see them as celebrities to promote, I see them as evil people who cause the world hunger, tomorrow morning Elon Musk could wake up and pay 100 billion dollars to feed every single human in the world and not just buy food, literally buy lands and turn it into farms to feed everyone in the world with that kind of money, but he doesn't. I just followed Elon after his tweet about doge. I don't follow accounts that have a lot of followers, I followed Elon Musk after my wife asked about him and Doge.

I think this is not a good thing buddy, you might be affected by Fomo, I'm not saying don't follow Elon or do not believe everything that Elon was saying but you should buy a coin based on your perspective, research and decision. I have read a one tweet in Twitter he bought doge at high price and then he reply to Elon that he lost his fortune because he follows him, I don't know if this is true but the thing is if you will blame other person in the future because you lost money then don't do it, you should be responsible enough in every trade that you are dealing and making with, he may be an influencer but you have your own mind and body.

if I'm not mistaken the company SpaceX also belongs to him, that guy is really very rich in the world and has helped doge coin holders because thanks to him the price of Doge has risen sharply and many holders have benefited greatly from it. People follow Elon Musk because he's a genius who's trying to save the world.  He's kind of like the real life Iron Man.  Clearly most of what he does is successful and others want to follow, naturally.  As for when it comes to cryptocurrency, he's a noob like many of us are when we first start out.  I've followed his tweets pretty closely that are about crypto and it's very evident he is not super crypto savvy.

But now, he cares more about Bitcoin and that is why Tesla is buying now.

The guy you see as "trying to save the world" is actually a guy whose father was a apartheid mine owner who stole the lands from the natives and worked slaves to get rich, then when Elon decided to make electric cars, he wasn't the first one and for years he just took money after money from investors and failed to deliver, nearly for a decade, just as the world got into Tesla he started making money, but he lost a ton of investors money (in tens of billions) to reach here, and for spaceX he kept getting billions and billions in help from the government to reach to this point as well.

He is not after saving the world, he is after doing what he wants and that's it, he wanted electric cars, he wanted spaceships, if that much money was given to me, I would have done much better stuff then him as well, or I am sure you would too (regarding poverty here, instead of electric cars for rich and spaceships) that would have helped the world already.
