You have already answered your own question.
They are e-waste at best.

Gtx970 is still good for 1080p gaming  :o how come you don't see buyers for the cards? What website are you using? To sell the cards faster you should go on ebay and make sure the price are fair enough, don't use high price or else you won't see buyers, the cards aren't good for mining so selling may be slower

I'm guessing OP put a big amount on each gpu that's why nobody is buying, the cards are obsolete for crypto mining so there is no other way to attract buyers than reducing the price alot compare to cards that are still good for mining

The cards are goner  ;D even gamers don't like using old graphic cards for gaming because we have other things that makes graphical gaming experience matters like 1440p resolution, Ray tracing etc but this gtx970 can't do that, you really have to keep price between 100$ to 70$ to see buyers

Some gamers don't care about ray tracing and some are still using older GPUs to game on their PC, I can still see builds that have gtx750ti in them, they are really good for 1080p gaming and gtx970 can still handle any game right now at 1080p

You're simply throwing away some money if you decide to put these cards into dustbin, I still play PC games on 1080p screen and I'm sure there are many you still play PC games at 1080p screen too so don't worry and sell on aliexpress or ebay, it's better to use both

Why are you holding these cards all this while and just decide to sell now anyway? There are times when you would have sell this card for 150 to 170$ even when mining wasn't profitable anymore in 2018, now you have to sell at a much lower price, maybe 70$, this is the only way that people will buy and also you will need some patience, these cards aren't hot cakes anymore

Yes they are still useful for gaming and graphics editing, you can still sell them for good amount of money and if mining is on your mind just use the money to buy future proof graphic cards that will last you for years like RX5700XT or RTX3070, 3080

Hello all,

Do you think AMD R9 390X FE card worth buying now?
It's mining performance about 30MH/s.  But it wastes a lot electricity(about 240W) and noisy
However, I can get several 390Xs at $80.  Is it still worth investing them?

RN profitability is waaaay up high due to high trx fee, so the 390x are a good deal even at such high power consumption.

Yes it's worth buying if you have free electricity, 80$ per card at 30MH pers second is something I wished for, you will get ROI in just a months, right now 30MH per second gives 3$ pee day and that's 90$ per month

Oh!  RVN coin is coming up!
Should we swap mining RVN?

No don't mine RVN, it's less profitable right now, even octopus algorithm (Conflux) is way better than RVN right now, better point the miners directly to Ethereum for now

Okay.  Stick with Eth right now.

Now many 470 4GB video cards are selling for $ 100. Now it is better to buy a used 5600xt for 550 dollars and get more profit and and less power consumption than from 5x474.

Some are still getting 28MH per second out of their RX470 4gb memory using lolminer, I have a friend who still use 12x RX570 4gb and it's still hashing very well, can a RX5600XT do 28MH in 12 places? I don't think so

Those cards will only last a few more months and each require lots of PCIe bandwidth.

It's becoming a pain in the ass to mine on a rx580 4gb memory gpu right now, I'd rather go for RX5600XT than the outdated cards, just imagine you wake up one day and the rx580 4gb and rx480 4gb stop working, the lolminer will only keep them alive for short period of time only

Don't even think about it, it's better to let go of 4gb memory gpu right now because lolminer won't continue to make your gpu profitable for mining Ethereum, pls wise up and know what you are doing, go for newer cards to get good ROI easier
