Anyone know why the gh/s rate is so low? My other antminer's gh/s averages 13,615. Here is a screenshot of the summary.

you are missing 6 Asics on the last chain, try to go to Miner config and reduce the start frequency to 575 and
restart the miner.

... try to go to Miner config and reduce the start frequency to 575.

The chances of him finding that option is probably 1 in 10, out of the many firmware versions bitmain had, only 1 or 2 had those options enabled, the rest give you exactly ZERO options to chose from.

Code:
Chain[J6] has 63 asic
Chain[J7] has 63 asic
Chain[J8] has 57 asic

There are a few things you need to troubleshoot, this seems like a bad PSU, but to confirm this, unplug chain 8 (usually referenced as chain 2 on the control board) and then start the miner, and then report your results, also you should not be using nicehash while troubleshooting, use a proper pool for testing.

Do some basic things first starts from the software before you touch any hardware from your miner if you do then the issue will make it worst unless if it's actually a hardware issue.

I suggest trying to reset it first do this 3 methods how to reset it (https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003595387-How-to-reset-miner-to-factory-settings-). If it doesn't work try to flash it let's hope that it's not yet flashed to the latest version of s9 firmware. Try this firmware "Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz (https://service.bitmain.com/support/download?product=Antminer%20S9)".

Then update here if it still shows "Chain[J8] has 57 asic"
