How to identify weather it is a Good IEO platform or NOT ?

If you are gonna join on mid term exchange for their IEO then don't try. I think only what mentioned by Lantind are great platforms. With the exemption of MXC. I dont really trust that one as they have some malicious or suspicious activity in the past. No doubt that Binance is the number one in terms of IEO, and you can see the results.

Today, my assumption that Binance is the best platform for conducting IEO was confirmed by the chart you posted. I have won many times in the lottery to purchase coins on Binance, but their new rules for conducting IEO in my opinion are the best, allowing more participants to purchase coins within the tokensale.

major exchanges are critical to successful token sales. so all the top exchanges that provide IEO services are the best. Binance or OKex are the best choices if you want to make your project a success and all coins are sold out. although currently IDOs are popular, IEOs on major exchanges still have a positive impact.

The success of an IEO depends on the exchange platform and the project itself. In summary :

• Demand comes from what the project is trying to offer investors, if the fundamentals of the project is solid, believe me the demand will be huge for that particular project
• The team and partners play an important role. Crypto crowd funding is far exposed to everyone. Therefore, the team and partners play major important role on success of their initial exchange offerings
• Avoid exchanges that doesn't have good volume and liquidity. I can mention some exchanges that do hold several IEO but non of these projects becomes successful at the end despite the sweet bonus but for security reasons, I will ignore.
• Pick popular exchange from top 10 exchanges that offer IEO on their Launch pad.

Your Tokenomics is very essential, choose a better advisor to your project.

Past histories and reputations, this can't be denied on IEO projects from top exchanges, I haven't seen a failed project from binance launchpads and every IEO from binance since 2018 are all surging lately, go for top exchanges or look more into polkastarter

but sometimes some tokens from binance IEO after losing a moment will take a long time to get another moment. the price lasts only a short time after the trade is opened. it happened in several IEOs like ONE and CTSI. even though the project is still running, you can see how the market is not as strong as when the trade was opened. but of the many platforms, I think the most successful is Binance.

The best IEO platform is currently BINANCE. remember if a platform was there it seemed like a lot of people would like it and it made the IEO run successful. because as far as I know if an IEO is on a large exchange it will attract a lot of people to join

that's because no original project can be included in the binance launchpad. some major exchanges also have certain criteria for including them in IEO on exchanges. but several large exchanges have also announced failed IEO projects. like bittrex has also experienced such problems.
