What fake exchanges their promoting? Where's the proof? Since I don't understand german language, but I believe they didn't do that since they're knownly trustable members.

I think the case is just a matter with you and the exchanges, not those above users.

Do you have any evidence for your quite difficult accusations?
If not, then please refrain from making such claims.

False accusations are against the rules and have consequences!
If you have a problem with an exchange that is listed here in the board, you are welcome to mention it there. But that does not make the creators of such lists scammers.

The OP has been banned so I'm guessing we will not be seeing the evidence unless he pops up under a new name.

I know you're staff and all, but are you sure about the first part of that statement?  Lol.  And if it is true, does that particular rule ever get enforced?  Methinks not.

Wow, that was quick.  What the hell did he get banned for?  Regardless, this looks like the second scam accusation I've read today with zero supporting evidence.  I think I smell a troll lurking somewhere around this area.

The accusations by OP are bullshit. He threatens me, lies about me, and tries to defame me in every way possible. There's no evidence, of course, because he just made all that shit up.

I will not put up with such behavior, nor will I let these lies go uncommented.

You don't need to get worry when someone like him is trying to spread lies without proper evidences. Its nothing new and we have seen similar cases in the past. Interesting thing is that he is not only putting blame in you but also on some other members and talking about a fake exchange.

No proof,,,,Just a baseless accusation. Its better to ignore the topic.

I know you're staff and all, but are you sure about the first part of that statement?  Lol.  And if it is true, does that particular rule ever get enforced?  Methinks not.

And you would be completely correct.

Not one member of Staff, unless theymos himself decides to make a complete about face has the authority to deny anyone the opportunity to make any claim or statement or accusation they wish on this forum. (within board descriptions) That goes for false, true or bat shit crazy inventions of ones own mind.

You might get them on a technicality for breaking one of the few guidelines, or hard and fast rules regarding Plagiarism, or Ban evasion but that's about the end of list in silencing opinions.

If you have a problem with a statement or UID making statements your only real recourse is to dispute their claims with facts, evidence and logic or move on. I would thnk more so for accusations against yourself, no matter how ridiculous you find them, it's a bad look as staff to dissuade posting by mentioning non existent rules.

I had chosen the wrong words when typing. Had forgotten that little things (in some subboards) often make a big difference.

So I hereby officially correct:

False accusations that cannot be proven are not welcome and have consequences!

Those  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=1186551)were the consequences I was talking about.
Since there was of course no evidence for these false claims.
