I was awarded on bitsraz casino with 10 new spins and there was no rules and restrictions about withdrawing the bonus'. I won 1200 USD and they wont allow me to cashout my winnings. This is not the first time I've heard this happens on Direx NV casinos.. I didnt even see any rules written on this.. Are they even allowed to do this

Did you read their terms and conditions?. It might be stated in their terms and conditions that you can't withdraw unless you meet the requirements before you will be able to withdraw your funds. Did you also tried to contact their customer support about your situation that you can't withdraw the amount you won.

You must ask the support for their reason and I'm sure its stated on their terms and conditions since most of us didn't bother to read any terms and conditions and this is the reality. They are allowed not to allowed you from withdrawing your reward if its stated on their terms and conditions but if not, then they should pay you without asking why.
