my BitcoinCah BCH transaction was not transferred from my eToro Wallet to my own Ledger Wallet. Why? A BTC Bitcoin address begins with a successful BCH transmission: there is now the account balance of 0, the Bitcoin BCH coins, so the Bitcoin case went out of Etoro Wallet with a successful BCH transmission: there is now the Bitcoin account balance from EtoroWallet's coins. The deposit hasn't arrived in my Ledger Wallet in seven days. That's where the credit is BCH 0. What can I do? The explanation is too confusing. If you have transferred BCH from eToro do your wallet please provide your BCH wallet ID and a direct link to the tx hash from eToro the hash you provided(77826415641564375bbf8c17c1593333326bf8944526bf894526bf8945264526452bd) is not valid for both BTC and BCH. Without further details is hard to help.
