Title: Low RAM stick on mobo Post by: Skinny48 on February 16, 2021, 04:43:13 PM I'm currently mining with 2gb RAM on my motherboard and I have three GPUs onboard the question is can this affect performance is any way? Apart from sluggishness will this low RAM affects hashrate?

Only you can find the answer to this all you have to do is watch if you are loosing Hashrates or your rig is running so sluggish, my advice is add extra 2gb ram
Title: Re: Low RAM stick on mobo Post by: Furryball on February 16, 2021, 05:27:00 PM It should work well if you have snappier CPU, I am running a 4x gtx1660 ti here with just 2gig ram stick and it works with no issue, I believe that raising the page file will help in mining more than your actual RAM stick size

This isn't about display rendering, it's about mining performance. Any swapping will affect mining. |
