Title: Bitcoinmixer: What are your experiences?
Post by: mixyourbitcoin.com on February 18, 2021, 01:32:49 PM
Unfortunately, the internet is full of scammers in this area. We were once victims of this fraud too. That's why members of several Swiss investment companies, of which I am also a member, have founded their own Bitcoin-Mixing-Service.
Our aim is to achieve the same professionalism in this service that we achieve every day in our investment advice, accounting and financial management.

Here we want to exchange good or bad experiences, talk to customers, ask questions and get suggestions for improvement.

Of course, I would also like to advertise our website. Try it out: www.mixyourbitcoin.com

Thanks in advance for your contributions.

We look forward to hearing from you.

I don't get it. What does these scammers have to do with your founding of a mixing service? Do you mean hackers?

Your site's button for language translation doesn't work. I am not sure how many users are Swiss but I know there are more members who understands English. You should probably fix that first if you want more feedback.

In Europe there are many mixing sites that are fraudulent. We call them scammers or scamming sites. Of course, in addition, I also mean hackers.

Strange that it doesn't work for you. Nobody has informed us about this yet. So far everything has worked. We will fix this problem as soon as possible.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Is there anyone else for whom it doesn't work either?

haven't had any experience with them since I have no use of them or don't need them at the moment.

if you are going to advertise your service you should post it or move this thread to the proper board(services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0)) to prevent the thread from being deleted. there is a move button on the bottom left of the thread

Possibly he is referring to those scammers that create a fake bitcoin mixing service.  So they use this point to make convince clients to use their Bitcoin mixing service. As of experience, I don't encounter any problem using Chipmixer's service.  Though I have one using Bitmixer's service, but it was eons ago.

Care to elaborate on some of the details of your mixing service (i.e. algorithm principals, who’s backing the service, why should be trust the service which is seemingly new).

Additionally, pretty strange to create a mixing service and go for a 3 month (free?) certificate, whih expires in 48 days time … one would say that purchasing a valid lasting certificate is rather a basic thing to do.

Yes I am refferring to those. Of course there are other providers who are reputable. But with them you have to pay high fees (2-5%). Thanks to our new mixing process, we are able to reduce costs and can therefore offer the service for 1.5%.

With best regards

Dear DdmrDdmr,

On the first point I would like to say that we have developed a new mixing process. This procedure guarantees anonymity and complete untraceability of transactions while reducing costs. Because this process fundamentally distinguishes us from other mixing platforms, I am not willing to explain further details. Thank you for your understanding. The customer's trust must be built. We cannot take it for granted. We would like to invite you to try out our service. We are sure that we will also win you as a new satisfied customer.

I would like to say the following about the second point. We believe that states, governments and authorities will increasingly try to control, regulate and possibly ban bitcoin, cryptocurrencies in general and their transactions. Since the Helix operator was convicted, we have known that we have to be careful. We want to offer an independent and free service over a long period of time. Our IT department has drawn up a battle plan for this in order not to be exposed to the arbitrary action of any powers. This should also protect the employees. I know that you will agree with me when I say that under these circumstances it is better to disguise your own identity and your own approach. Unfortunately I won't be able to go into detail here either. Our men from the IT department simply sat too long at it  ;). Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your remarks

With best regards

You talk about anonymity, privacy and that one's transaction activities won't be trace, but you are on the clearnet. How are we sure that at certain point's in time some of your domains could be seized by authorities who would watch every move by people mixing though your services and capture all logs and user IP address

I find it very uncomfortable if a mixing service is preaching anonymity but don't even have any tor mirror links

Dear Bitcoin_Arena

Very good point you're talking about. We are still working on our darknet platform. But this will soon be offered. Thank you for your comment.
