Title: Is it any way to get back stolen BTC from BItnomics wallet provided?
Post by: OHANIR on February 19, 2021, 06:28:03 PM
Hello, any advice how may I get my BTC back from SafeIG broker Jeffery Davis and Bernard Zimmer . They did help me to buy BTC on Bitnomics on Feb. 12, 2021 and moved it immediately from my wallet on Bitnomics to their trading platform SafeIG against my wish. I have time , receipts, amounts provided by Bitnomics. Is it any hope to get stolen BTC back?

Who are those people? Why they can access your wallet/account in the very first place? You should avoid sharing your account info to anyone especially when monet matters.

In anyway, there's no way people here can help you, bitcoin transaction is irreversible.

Hello, any advice how may I get my BTC back from SafeIG...

As far as I can see from some other cases, that company is nothing but a scam - and the chances of getting your money back are minimal. The lesson I hope you will learn is to always check who you are doing business with, and the internet is full of information. My next piece of advice is not to fall victim to a new scam right now, because if someone tells you they can help you, and asks for compensation in advance, know that’s not true.

This thread would be more appropriate in Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0), move button can help you with that.

It amazes me how people are generally distrustful of one another yet lazy enough to do the most basic of due diligence to the point of just giving trust so easily. That's so ironic in us. A simple search of SafeIG would have prevented you from trusting this offshore broker. SafeIG is a scam. Having said that, don't ever believe that these names that you have are real names or, if they are, they are not the real identities of the scammers you dealt with. Just report this to the authorities if you wish. But don't expect that you will get back your BTC. I'm sorry.
