This project has 2 parts. The main coin SCHO and the stable coin which will be a stable coin pegged 1:1 with the USD.

The main coin is completely decentralized while the stable coin will be managed by the Fondation.

Basically, there are two coins involved in this project.
1. Main coin (mineable) supply at 20 million.
2. Stable coin. Supply managed by the foundation's reward system.

The SCHOUSD (1:1 USD) has not been developed yet. It will be a stable coin managed by the Foundation's reward system.

The SCHOUSD will be backed (insured) by the total number of the main coin held in the Foundation's treasury.

Example: if there are 100 SCHO (main coins) in the Foundation 's Treasury and one SCHO is valued at 2$ USD, this means the total supply of stable coin SCHOUSD minted will be 200. (This 100% ratio is just an example. It will probably be 80%)

Now as the price of SCHO will fluctuate, the algorithm behind the stable coin SCHOUSD will either mint new coins or burn coins to maintain the supply at a stable level to maintain a price of 1:1 with the USD.

The Foundation is mining the main coin and will also, in a near future purchase lumps of the main coin on a monthly basis to gradually build its treasury until it reaches 10 million SCHO.

The development of the stable coin will only begin once the SEC approves it.

As the main coin SCHO gains value with time, the value of the treasury will also increase, allowing the Foundation to increase its supply of stable coin over time, also allowing a sustainable reward model for the Scholarship System.

It's funny that there's a smart guy who doesn't even know what a coin is, and he's banging the crap out of it.

Nothing was sold, these coins are originally mined on the old blockchain, so when a new one is created, it is clear that it must be converted and further distributed to existing users of SCHO Smiley What's so weird. The new blockchain runs in a hybrid PoS + PoW mode.

All coins have long since been redistributed to existing SCHO v1 holders

this exchange doesn't have good reputation in this forum. anyway, a lot are still using it. but they are being known to have rampant wash trading, though for me, pump and dump scheme is due to its respective developers.
if you can't peg this coin to a trustworthy asset, hard to get a good value in the market. you are aiming to be future stablecoin, so should be transparent also with the assets of this project.

Unfortunately, this is a disadvantage for smaller coins, but they are also pumped on other exchanges. Once the project moves up and is listed on other exchanges, thus eliminating the risk of pump & dump.
