Since he probably won't see this thread, maybe you can help him find a solution to his problem. Although his case may fall into the category of scam&frauds, I think the user has done everything in his power to clarify the situation.

Many of them hacking Paypal Accounts and paying the goods and cards from these hacked paypal accounts and at least the one who got the payment from these hacked Paypal Accounts have problem with Paypal and should pay everything back.
