I would like to build a case againt StakeUnited.com, that made an exit scam - most of the users didn't get any email notice, including me. The user cryptounited was on this forum and i found it in some other thread, where he was saying goodbye.
I lost a decent amount of Ada Cardano and other coins. Was there ever any legal action against them? Can they just dissapear into the thin air with our coins? But if they're already gone, who are the people that you will chase? do you know them and you have valid proof that they've stolen money to you?
In this case, you should be consulting a lawyer that's expert on this kind of cases if you want to pursue a case but as I've said, you have to provide to those things.
