I have PayPal verified account, and my region only allows sending G&S payments. I wouldn't mind using an escrow service if you can handle the fees or going first with high trusted members/traders. My region doesn't allow sending F&F sadly. I wish it was possible, it would be way easier for me to purchase. There was a suggestion a while ago for using a note calling it "intangible goods non refundable" to get it to not charge back. I think you should also try to empty the account as fast as possible also and remove the payment method (if using a new PayPal account for it).
