Title: Gemini Might Have Stole My Money :( :(
Post by: NatureMoves on February 27, 2021, 05:16:27 PM
After I registered with Gemini, I was able to purchase $500 worth of Ether. Then when i tried to purchase more, it says I must be verified. And so I sent my documents and it's been almost a month and I am still not verified and they took $500 from my bank account. Is this something I need to worry about? Has anybody had this experience with Gemini?? I submitted a ticket for support, but have not heard from them. :(

Gemini is a legit exchange and I don't think that they'll just take your money. If you haven't heard anything from them, you need to contact them again with another ticket and through other means of their contact whichever is indicated on their contact us. They have FB, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter aside from the ticket. Email them too at support@gemini.com.

Hopefully and let's be positive that they'll respond to your email. I haven't used them but knowing that the owners are the most popular twin in the crypto scene, they should have good customer service.
A reply with that problem of yours will be much appreciated. Keep us updated.
