No I wouldn't consider them as a winner specially if they won a close fight we all know that they wouldn't win without it so it is clear that they shouldn't be consider as one.

No, No matter what competition it is you should just fight or play with the rules and do your best.

I think the only acceptable cheat to win is on online games like MOBA in a strategy called back door some of us consider it as a cheat but there isn't any rules that say it isn't allowed to win by that strategy.

If someone cheated in a competition, he not tried to outsmart the rule, he also has taken the place of another person who merits the position he cheated to get.

In a situation where all the participants in a competition are cheats and are actively cheating, it will be stupid to still try to win the competition or contest with a normal approach. if you decide not to cheat in such a situation, it simply means you have decided to fail out from the contest, which sometimes is still acceptable from moral standards.

No.
No.
No. And I guess there will be some exceptions depending on the situation but I can't think of that. You're talking about contests, then still no.

No, I don't think so. You should work as hard as you can in that moment to win a contest. There is a grey area of cheating you might be able to get away with. But it's a grey area. It should never be okay. It's not worth it to be sneaky.

Do you have a specific situation in mind?

I would rather not be part of such competition. Cheating to gain what you don't deserve actually deprive those who deserve them. That will have unpleasant consequences for society/humanity if everything isn't working together according to how it is purposed/destined to be.

If you deserve it, or if it's destined for you, you will win it whether you cheat or not. So it's better to win what is destined for you fairly without cheating. Cheat is actually immoral and will always have consequences.

no and will never be, cheater must never win and even if they come to get the price for sure KARMA will collect the incentives in the future.
No one will get away from cheating that's one thing for sure.
