Title: How to get my old bitcoin wallet back Post by: Markerstift on March 02, 2021, 03:46:22 PM Since 2013 I have had a blockchain account. In this account I remember the wallet ID and the 1st password. Even though I dont remember setting one, I have to fill in a second password which Ican' figure out for 2 days.
Also I don't have any recall of storing my 12 word password. I do have the original opening account mail + my wallet backup (wallet.aes.sjon file). Is there something I can do still? Or is this a case of forever lost. Thanks for the help! I'm the last user who answered your question if this doesn't yet solve your can update your old thread there regarding this problem.
I think the comment of BitMaxz (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5320922.msg56467462#msg56467462) was correct and relevant to this problem that you currently facing at. Brute-force is the best solution to this and there's a video tutorial from YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMtW8vIHHek&feature) that you can have as a preference to solve this issue. Anyway, lock this thread and update your old thread. Scroll down on this page and in the left corner, you will see a "lock topic" option. |
