It went up 15,000% in a single day.

Where can we find potential coins like these and how to purchase them?
I just use Binance as an exchange and not sure where we can find tokens like these.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can use CMC as you linked above, or other sites like Coingecko to find them. As to how to research and find those hidden gems, there's no easy way except trying to follow as many channels as possible. For example, you can lurk around on Twitter and find those who posted regular calls about hidden gems, etc. There is no easy way, and nearly 90% of the time you'll miss them. There is also an element of luck involved, so don't be too emtional about it.

Coinmarketcap requires a few days of active trading and good volume to list exchanges in the Market tab. I don't know about the policy of coingecko.

You can visit and follow the Twitter account of Hydro and other projects to be updated real time with hottest news from teams.

15,000% increase though looks artificial, and obvious pump and dump, so just be careful so that you won't get trap.

Please pay attention to the trading volume, I see the volume difference between coingecko and cmc. Small trading volumes are prone to manipulation.


Hasn't binance listed a lot of potential crypto already?
If you have been following this rally since it started earlier this year, you will find lots of tokens of this kind that have increased up to 20x on Binance.

where did you find that coin . you can use that website again as reference of finding simillar coins to hydro .
 thats shocking if that coin jumped that high in its early days and if you are lucky enough to get in before the jump you are instant millionare now but i guesss you are unlucky because your asking us for suggestions .
 investing in new coins is easy if they are already listed in exchangers and you are on the right place if you use binance because binance are picky and they filter our the shitty ones

So a coin that had $1m and lower daily trading volume, and suddenly went to zero, then back up and doubling to $2.9m.

It's either:

• The coin simply just has really really really low liquidity
• The developer/s are doing some shady stuff
• It's being pump and dumped

And yea, I definitely wouldn't recommend hunting for these.

an increase of 15,000%, I was very surprised by this irrational increase. well this might be one way to trick beginners into entering the trap era. indeed it does not cover the possibilities if it can be profitable, but the risk of a sudden dump will be very risky. My advice is if you are going to trade it, just do it once to take advantage, and don't try a second time. because the times are hotter seduction that will load your mental. It's like gambling, so Hidrocoin creates luck and loss for anyone who dares to enter.

Only one exchange that it has the most volume and that's Coinex. Next is bittrex with only $82k in volume.

This is a known coin as pump and dump so if you'd been hype with its increase. Be also quick when you're about to sell or when you buy because it will dump in times that you're not expecting.

If anyone or a team pumped it, how are they going to make money out of it if there is no one else is going to buy this token?  There must be some new development to this project or something like a new partnership. The biggest volume is on coinex and then bittrex, I don't think there is a number of traders there who would just put some money for nothing.

When you go to coinmarketcap there is a "market" section there which you could click and see what it is about, that way you could make a profit from it, I can't say that we could make a profit from it but the reality is that we could actually see it. Obviously it is going to be quite difficult that we could make a profit from this but the reality is that even if you can't make a profit you could search them there.

However I would say best way to find new coins that has a potential is telegram, I have always supported telegram path of way, not signals, not pump and dumps, just go to general chats and you will see people talking about certain coins and if a coin starts to get a lot of attention you will start to hear that coins name a lot of times in a day and that is when you can invest because that means everyone will start to hear that coin in the near future.

If you only know binance means,you should learn more in trading.Because their are huge exchanges and website for cryptocurrency.Some other legit website are Bitforex,Latoken,Coinbase.You can buy tokens here.But you should learn more about the background of coin,before you place a buying order.

Fundamental analysis.
Some people are using fundamental analysis to identify the next 2x or more than. Just like a particular coin partnership with some strong projects or company.
Mainnet or some features that is about to launch.
It really takes time to do it and sometimes it is risky since not all of them are sure or guarantee for returns.

@joniboini already laid it our for you. Gem hunters usually go to Coingecko, find low caps, check their roadmap, and follow their updates on twitter/telegram. You have to be a bit careful when following twitter/telegram accounts with a lot of followers/subscribers because they will only shill after they're done buying. You should at least understand what will cause the next pump.

Just being on the Coinex HYDRO exchange is different from other prices. Is this the hype created for traps in trading? to be honest if it is true in different increments it will be a lot of people arbitrage to buy cheap sell expensive i think this is just a trap.

But I haven't used the Coinex exchange until recently, the Coinmarketcap data alone is very different.

On your shared link of Coinmarketcap, you can see there the exchanges where Hydro is listed and you can choose from there. Looking on its current market, Hydro is still not available on Binance so you might want to try coinex or Bittrex. It takes a lot of analysis in order for you to spot this kind of project, and sometimes you didn’t find even if you do many analysis. Just keep on active looking for good projects, and for sure you’ll find a lot.

It's too good to be true and the the price seems like a pump and dump or is it just too shady to be invested plus it's too far from the top coins in the list. Doing more research on this is required since it's difficult to just give your money on something that looks too shady.

Normally, most investors and people will be going to avoid something like this that's far from the list so invest at your own risk. And the exchange is just new to me also but whatever people should do some digging before investing to HYDRO and anyway, why bother to dig if it's too shady in the first place?

Not going to say it's a terrible idea to chase after a coin that's clearly already been pumped.. But I mean if you wanna buy into assets on the markets that are being manipulated... :/

It's only getting pumped by coinex and this exchange site already known by crypto communities as the fully manipulated crypto exchange site. It has very big spread and the bots were pumping it.

You mean looking for pump and dump coins? Knowing early is impossible unless if you do have some insider information of coins being pumped.

Take a look on the scenario. I do cry out for those who had caught on that peak believing that they could make themselves easy profit but
this is just that classic nasty pump and dump scenario.If you can risk up then go ahead but if you're afraid then better not
to proceed.

Binance exchange always provide a ranking list (gainers and losers), if you want to trade or invest your money to the coin that is pumping you can check it. But, be carefull with this coin, you can always comfortable to hold this coin because the increasing price just temporary.

I see hydro coin is decreasing 99% from its all time high, do you believe that this coin is really promissing? If I were you I'll doubt it, that is what I mean don't too comfortable to hold an altcoin that is pumping for long term investment. Yoh could lose your money in a few days even in a few hours.
