Please pay attention to their fake license, which leads to a fake domain. ECOGRA is a UK based company with a completely different logo and domain.
And their alleged license from Antillephone, signed as ecogra on a fake page, where they signed by our company and domain.

Show more some proofs that what have you contacted was from play2x too, it's easy to create some misleading information regarding this on both sides. The promotion was tempting to participate on and that's something like total hype but I've seen similar to this and it's always too good to be true scenario and then boom, gone.

At least have some screenshots or something from who you contacted and that it can be verified, I'm not on the side of bitsarcade but I'm neutral here.

OP can you please describe it in more detail? Seems @markk1 accusing you of fake relationships with the play2x? What is the real story behind that? I there is no relationship with your site then why are you using their name?

And what about your terms and conditions as mentioned by @panjul07? It seems just copy-paste, it's same as your script or you copy-paste from others?

Seems you mentioned you are going to support your users via Telegram, but when I clicked there then it has redirected to your channel. So how are you going to support users since they can't ask questions on the channel?

Scrolling through the main page is a little slower than it normally is for me, but the website's design seems fine, even though it's simple. It's also nice that you have a rainbot and a bonus. The registration process is also very nice and simple, even an email is not required. But then there was a problem when I redeemed the promocode bonus: I couldn't close the window, the 'x' didn't work. I had to go to the homepage to get rid of it. And then I wanted to try out the dice game, but it simply didn't load, leaving a blank dark grey area where the game was supposed to be. The license seems suspicious to me as well. This site explains how to verify Curacao-licensed casinos (https://casino-howto.com/blog/how-to-verify-curacao-gambling-licenses-easy/). After clicking on the license logo, you should be taken to a site that has the following details in its address:

- Curacao Antillephone N.V. licenses always contain antillephone.com as part of its address.
- Curacao E-gaming licenses will show curacao-egaming.com.
- Curacao Gaming N.V. licenses always have gaming-curacao.com as a part of the address.
- Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V. doesn't have a recognizable standard and should be avoided according to the source.

The ecogra.biz domain that BitsArcade redirects to is not mentioned at all. According to Whois (https://whois.domaintools.com/ecogra.biz), this domain was created 66 days ago, so it's pretty new.

Site was 3 month cause it domain was renew this year but if you check the site using web archived wayback site (https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://bitsarcade.com/) you will see the site history. It does not justify the OP to be the previous owner though.

No, obviously the licenses are fake, both domains were created earlier this month. Since you are so worried about this casino, write to the original licensees yourself, and find out if these are their sites.
