Title: Problem with my.dogechain.info account Post by: Little Mouse on March 07, 2021, 03:30:36 PM One of my friends has 100k doge in his mydogechain wallet but unfortunately, he can't access the site anymore with the login credential. According to him, he had written the wallet id and password long ago, he used that to log in back in the days but now when he tried, it says, can't decrypt the wallet. One thing for sure is, he has used the correct wallet id and password to log in. Then what's wrong? Can anyone share any experience or ways to recover the wallet. Sadly, he didn't save private key, so don't ask about that.

He should try to check the email address with which he used to register the account. I am sure there should be some information about the wallet ID at least instead of relying on the written wallet ID.
Unfortunately he can't recover the wallet if his password cannot decrypt it. His password is the key and can't be reset. |
