If they don't respond, we obviously can't force them.There is however a Mycelium board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=231.0). If the community can help you, post your problem there. This forum is definitely a better place to directly ask for help if that is the reason you are contacting them. When describing a potential issue, make sure to not post any private information (private keys, mnemonic code, etc..). Did you already resolve your issue? Did they get in touch with you? |
