*me, just a few hours late 'lol'...
Very few women decide to pursue a full career in the crypto world, well I understand that. I hope that from day to day, month to month, and year to year there are more and more women who decide to have a full career in crypto.

I am afraid that I don't really know any woman in the crypto world, which is a bit sad to be honest.

Still hope all the woman had a great international womens day yesterday.

There is an interesting Coindesk article from a female crypto insider here (https://www.coindesk.com/women-in-crypto-look-around-dude). Some insights are a Greyscale report suggesting that 43% of Bitcoin investors are women, and a Gemini survey putting that figure at a very close 41.6%.

There's not a huge amount of verifiable information out there on crypto developers, but it does seem - as we might expect - that women are hugely under-represented in this area. This (https://medium.com/@corintxt/i-tried-to-gauge-what-percentage-of-cryptocurrency-developers-are-female-the-answer-not-enough-58e1d242f7b8) 2019 study does find some predictable results:

This should go beyond the United States. After all, military people don't care if they are prepared or not. All they want is an easier life.

Tim, Ian, and Lydia join Retired Lieutenant Colonel, former congressman, and current chairman of the Texas GOP Allen West to discuss the military's continued slide into social justice as the Army mulls reversing gender-neutral physical fitness examinations for soldiers.
