The Arbitragers has exactly that kind of role you described..they are a special type of traders, which are induced by funding fee arbitrage to balance the two sides of long and short positions. I just saw an unbelieveable increase in trading volume, got really good results in the trading contest, better volume counts. So far in hoo exchange, so much better than the other 3 exchanges. The backend of the bridge is already working now but the UI still need some last piece of testing work. Very soon you will be able to transfer your DERI between ETH/BSC/HECO freely. Why did you decide to use three chains in one ecosystem? im not really familiar with heco chain. and upon quick search, it is the huobi eco chain. maybe this is the reason why am not so familiar coz am not a huobi user. used it once or twice a long time ago but this is not my preferred exchange. anyway, adding heco will serve all those huobi users and they are in the top 10 exchanges. so not bad choice actually. i have the feeling that sooner or later, we will see more chains in one ecosystem, like DOT or ADA.
