One is minable the other not. But I don't really understand in terms of strategy what is the difference. What kind of industries would be more interested in one or the other. What real purpose they have ? Yeah pretty much this one, Litecoin is a small brother to Bitcoin, so definitely functions the same. So it's been used for many real life usage, like gambling for example. You can used Litecoin to deposit to some gambling platform. Chainlink is a would be competitor of Ethereum, "decentralised" network for smart contract used. So the ChainLink basicly for dApps Development Industry while litecoin is for any industry which needed payment processor on it. It aims to be the silver version of bitcoin dude, You can find what main aim of litecoin based on its whitepaper. I guess both were different and not comparable.
