It looks like plagiarism, but I can't find a source. If it's not plagiarism, it sounds like you're writing a school essay. Or are you just fishing for Merit?

Find whatever you want about the rule violation that has been committed by the user in the "trust" link on each user's profile. At least you can find out the reputation and violation that your desired users have committed.
OP, if you are new then you should really get used to reading more rule about forum on sticky thread. This will save you from future unwanted mistake.

But there are two types of Rules in the forum:
- Those concerning your way of expressing and experiencing things in the forum - The forum rules (the written ones), and you get penalties for braking those rules in terms of -temporary bans, signature bans or total bans/nukes.

- There are other type of rules (not written), which are more based on the Moral and Common Sense perception and are concerning the Trust, whether a user ( based on his activity in the forum) can be trusted or not. This is more of an reputation measure but you can get a penalties as well, like the negative trust feedback which does not affect the way you interact with the forum but reduce some of the possibilities you can find in the forum.

Not being aware of the room implies you haven't been paying attention to the pinned post or sticky threads enough.
What are these pinned posts or sticky threads you may ask?
They are those threads that despite an update on any topic within a board, they always stay top, they come with a pin icon and are often locked.

All boards of the foru has one and its always closed to participation or discussion. They are solely informative and introductory posts on the forum and board of interest. The rules are easily set in there for easy accessing but someone, its not always click bate enough.

I think the new that comes with most topics that are yet to be read should they have new contributions on them be added to it. Maybe it could call for some more attention.

To be honest, if you'd just googled what is the rules and regulations here in the forum, you would have gotten the answer in seconds instead of complaining here in meta of what are they.

I am assuming OP used Article Spinner, so it's quite complicated to identify plagiarism sources. And I second that OP just seeking merits. At least I am not gonna feeding here.

@OP, don't know the intention of your post, but you should check at least pin post when you are posting on a board. Since you are a newbie, please learn how to use the forum search button. When you wouldn't find your desired answer, then just use the forum search button. If the search fails to answer you then go to create a new topic. That way we can prevent spam from the forum.

That's precisely what I was thinking.  This is a thread with no purpose and which does indeed seem to be written like a student--or plagiarized from somewhere.  I don't know what you're thinking, OP.

Thankfully this forum doesn't have a hell of a lot of rules, and some of the "unofficial" ones aren't even enforced (like using profanity).  That's one of the things I love about bitcointalk....except that scamming isn't against the rules.  That's an odd exclusion to any list of rules.

Yeah. I knew it would end this way. Too many "lessons" and too many unnecessary topics.
The newcomer, who diligently tried to teach everyone the rules of the forum, himself repeatedly paraphrased and copied other people's texts.
I hope the moderators will make the right conclusions.

Paraphrasing or copying post to any related article to present it here in the forum is not a problem as long as the author was being acknowledge in the context. In this way we can avoid complications like complain why the forum has allowed the user to copy and paste his works without asking permission from him. There are still many post that are being plagiarized and it is a shame as part of he forum that other users are doing plagiarism.

We had already told them enough and how grave the punishment it take but still they are some that are doing this and are only taking some time before they get reported and ban.

There are many posts too raising awareness about plagiarism but it still did not followed especially the bounty hunters in which the forum mostly composed of these kind of users. Anyway, there are always change that will going to happen and that with the current developmeny and trend for bitcoin, everything else will going to follow like serving the purpose of the forum to learn and not just to earn.
