I am buying stuff from US. The shipping address is US. Basically, I shop to forwarders that will forward the goods to me.

The shop accepts only Paypal registered in US or credit card with US billing address.

Reposting since your other topic has been moved to the trashcan... I suggest you try to reach out to DashBargain  (http://dashbargain.com/)and ask them. According to the contact page they're registered in Panama, but since the phone number is from the U.S and they're dealing in USD, I would assume they can do this for you (for a fee).

And I personally wouldn't recommend buying a U.S account. The slightest suspicious activity (lower, or way higher amounts than usual, different location, etc.) would result in locking your account.

Basically I wonder if there is a service I can pay with rupiah or credit card or something where I can shop in US to US address.

The forwarder I  hire provide such service at 7% cost.

You can pay with BTC. You'll be given a link to a payment processor which you can then use to pay for your invoice (AFAIK, multiple cryptocurrencies are available).

Note that DashBargain is not a reship service. So if the site you're buying from doesn't ship outside the U.S, they're not going to be able to help. If you want a package forwarder company, you can use Shipito.

Also, as an alternative to DB, there is Shopping.io but it only supports eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and AliExpress.

I think I will take visa or virtual visa. I am thinking of either blockcard or crypto.

Any other better visa virtual visa? preferably with cashback

I haven't used either of them, but crypto.com seems to be a more popular choice. If I'm not mistaken though, Blockcard is only available for U.S citizens while crypto.com is available for both UK and EU so it really depends from you're from.
