Title: Mining on old CPUs is back
Post by: MCcryptonia on March 16, 2021, 07:21:38 AM
If you have any of these cpu at home it's better to star making money out of them right now before it's too late, I owned 5 different desktops and I'm making 12$ per day with free electricity

1. AMD A10 6790k 1.19$ @ 479H
2. Core i5 2500k 2$ @ 830H
3. Core i5 3470 x3.  2.99$ @ 1200H

If you have even XEON or Opteron CPU now is the right time to put them to work

I believe it's well detailed enough, do you have any of those CPUs ? If Yes them download Xmrig miner and start mining Monero with the CPUs, you can increase your hashrate with huge pages activated, do some research on that yourself, the purpose of the post is to tell people that mining with Cpu is quit profitable right now if you have free electricity

depends on how involved you were in some other possibilities
I make some money mining formerly 3Dcoin (now Valireum) among others, using that CPU. and it was not dust, it was quite profitable

His numbers if on XMR are monthly amounts not daily.

Valireum is an eth token that doesnt have any market/exchange.

I am talking about 3Dcoin, which was mineable by CPU at the beginning. then he completely became Masternode coin before the fork and moving on to Eth network and changing the name to Valireum.
He is still tradeable on Crex24 https://crex24.com/exchange/VLM-BTC taking place of previously 3Dcoin.

Checkout RandomX Benchmarks for AMD Ryzen, EPYC, Intel, Opteron and Xeon and others.

INTEL CORE I5-3470 -   1675   h/s   77 W     XMRig/6.5.0                            Profit $0.13/day
INTEL  CORE I5-2500K -      1510 h/s           80 W      SRBMiner-Multi 0.1.7               Profit $0.12/day
AMD A10 6790k       I have not found data on the hash rate, but I think that it is much less

Total profit from 5 computers 60 cents per day ;D ;D

I looked at CREX...total demand  for the coin buy book $49 ... The entire sell book is $650 worth...so 13x the buy volume.

You and i have very different definitions of profitable these days.  Good luck with it.  At least it is exchanged.

I guess you did not understand everything here. here I will try again

It's not true that i5 2500k never made money. I am personally with this CPU get some profit mining 3Dcoin. that was two or three years ago.

in 2017 even my 3930k was making 0.6-0.8$ per day, 3770k was 0.4-0.5$.

Why remember 2017 if the author of the topic is talking about today's results.
Mining on processors is difficult to make profitable, because each processor needs a motherboard, memory, power supply, etc.
If you have a computer with a good processor, then you yourself must decide whether you need to use your computer to earn 10-20 dollars a month.
