Such bots would needs access to Bitcointalk backend or some external apis need to be created from scratch, because Bitcointalk is customized to the level that no such updates possible any more. You can see loyceV bot that constantly reads and saves all posts and edits. you got bip32.org that has a recount of all users with stats, not that i agree with DT but it exists.
