I don`t understand what do you want.
What hylic version?
Write manufacturer, may be model name and what do you want to know - memory manufacturer, overclock values, hashrate, etc.

I think you want to say Hynix version, but Hynix is only one manufacturer of memory, could be Samsung for example, or Micron. There's no Hynix or Hylic version

You can download GPU Z: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

It's pretty easy to use, and you'll have all information you want about your GPU.

The GTX 1660 SUPER graphics cards have one secret. You need to use the correct settings

-502 core (Minus, I do not know why, it is only with micron memory that you can get such a result)
 75 PL
+1300 memory
32MH
Temperature ~50, cooler ~70%
With these settings, most video cards mine well.

Which miner do you use to mine coins?
What operating system do you have and what are the miner settings?
What program do you use to configure the parameters of the video card?
How many video cards do you have, if there are several of them, then you need to increase the paging file, if it is Windows.
