Indeed your trust is insufficient and I don't do trades through LBTC. Also, using an escrow for a PP deal doesn't guaranty anything thus all the escrows avoid to involve in PP trades. Sorry, but I must decline your offer. Thank you anyways.

As far as I know, yes you can convert them. I'm sure though that there is a fee which I don't know how much is it for your side and I prefer to avoid it.

Ya, I have just tried their calculation engine. From what I can see, I have to pay about 3% conversion fee. I can fully accept this fee. However, as far as I know, I will incur a different fee when making transaction. It seems familiar to you, please tell me how much I will pay when send as F&F?

I'm sorry but I don't know what fee you will pay by sending F&F in a different currency. :-\
However, when I send PP funds this way, I don't get charged with a fee (in same default currency).

Indeed my trade with ChuckBuck was a bit difficult, better to say slower than the usual, due to the different currency. Still, it was a pleasure all the way to trade with ChuckBuck and now that we get wiser, I'm positive that we will deal again in the future.
