Title: Hardware wallet with BSC support for DeFi? Post by: nu2mlock on March 26, 2021, 03:11:20 PM Hello,
I've never had a hardware wallet before, so I don't know if my requirements are too high or not. What I would like to be able to do: - Use DeFi projects like PancakeSwap and similar on Binance Smart Chain - Connect to a desktop wallet like MetaMask or somehow being able to quickly and easily send/receive coins and tokens on BSC - BTC, LTC and ETH support for when I stop using DeFi daily and put the hardware wallet into a safe Is this possible with any hardware wallet? Would Ledger Nano X support BSC tokens for DeFi usage and also connecting to my Windows 10 desktop (perhaps using the built-in bluetooth on Nano X)? Thanks! The question is about the point 2 because im not sure whether safepal already supported metamask or not but you can ask that on the safepal telegram group or its discord. Post by: Yogee on March 26, 2021, 06:00:30 PM I've seen a few guides that would allow you to connect Ledger Nano S to the Binance Smart Chain but it's not as simple as 1-2-3. One method is to use Metamask as a bridge and the other is through the Ledger Live. Those guides came from private individuals who tested it so I'm not that confident sharing links.

After some reading, it seems like this is my best bet so I ordered one. Apparently backed by Binance, so easy to use with Binance Smart Chain which is important. No physical or wireless connection to a PC sounds good too. Unlimited space for coins and tokens. The question is about the point 2 because im not sure whether safepal already supported metamask or not but you can ask that on the safepal telegram group or its discord. I haven't looked into connecting it to a desktop wallet like MetaMask, but the app seems to be able to do what I want, and since it was only $45 including shipping, it was hard to resist. This is the correct answer and there is nothing you should be looking for the future. It is the best hardware wallet for anyone that uses BSC, it has direct connection from mobile phone and you could basically send and receive whatever you want, you could even do LP if I am not wrong. I do not have one, I always use my PC for these things sold not have mobile phone apps that are crypto related, even though I have been involved in crypto longer than most people, I still do not like to make financial decisions from my phone. The question is about the point 2 because im not sure whether safepal already supported metamask or not but you can ask that on the safepal telegram group or its discord. However it is still quite good and I like it, I would probably start to trade on my phone soon anyway so I may end up buying some. Last I checked it was so much wanted that they are sending out months later so you will have to wait a lot, and it worths it because all my friends who use it say it is a great product. Because I haven't found any thread about this either, and if there is any thread about hardware which supports bsc especially on Nano Ledger please share it here. Post by: fia_naila on March 27, 2021, 06:16:20 PM Try safepal, i believe safepal full support to BSC considering safepal is the strategic partnership of binance. Safepal offline wallet also have wider display and safe too ( 100% offline wallet ). And the most important thing is the price. The price is cheap, support erc20 too, display wider, sometimes sfp gives us an airdrop 😁

Metamask is an alternative interface, not a bridge. Use these settings in metamask and quickly switch between blockchains Code: Network Name: Smart Chain Bluetooth pairing with a desktop is currently not available. https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019138694-Set-up-Bluetooth-connection Ethereum wallet will work on many other blockchains https://chainlist.org/ |
