But I didn't want to split the award too much, so I limited it to 100 award-winners. In light of the quality and number of submissions, I also increased the total award to 1.07 BTC

I will show the highest value of the prize and the lowest value.

It only depends if those rewards receiver keep the money save and do not spend. I know most of them would have spend the bitcoin in 2019 and may not be holding those bitcoin in 2021 or 2025.

Yes, 1 BTC is always equal to 1 BTC no matter in bitcoin is worth 10K or 1M Dollars :)

Hodlers are those who have enough, bitcoin BTC is money and not a property unless you don't have bills to pay. I receive, I spend, I buy, I repeat again.

What would you gain If you hodl all your bitcoins and die the next day? Nothing. You only cause scarcity which increases the price of Bitcoin BTC... That's a win-win for bitcoin.

I am still Hodling my reward! I buy and earn Bitcoin regularly, (earn weekly and buy the dips).
I spend maybe once per year but mostly HODL.

Everyone is free to do what they want with their Bitcoin.
If I die today my Bitcoin wont be frozen
My xxxxxxxxxxx has access to my wallet and I to theirs.

For a moment forget about bitcoin or fiat. People keep on hold and save money for the future and while doing so they  exclude that they are going to die one day or next day. if people start thinking about this, everyone would spend money, help the needy one and the world would be a better place. But this is not what is happening in reaily.

Now, since people save money (Fiat), they save bitcoin too but advantage of keeping bitcoin over fiat is that bitcoin will gain value over time while fiat will lose value over time.

So if you hold bitcoin and forget about the death ( Not spend the winning amount in art contest),  you could have gained much more. The reason i pointed out was that people don't visualize the future and think that if they cash out at 50,000K, they are in profit while they could have waited to cash out in 2025 at perhaps 1,000,000$.

You must have realized the power of holding as your reward is now many xtimes.  :)
By the way, who has access to your wallet , your family, wife ? I always think of giving access of my keys to my family but i fear if they misuse them  >:(

What if 1 BTC != 1 BTC

Because 1 BTC is always one, single and only unique 1 BTC... to be more specific among 21 million BTC none of them is equal to any other, they are all unique. Am I right?

One more.... put it in another way logically 1 BTC > 1 BTC

1 BTC (new) > 1 BTC (old)
1 BTC (tomorrow) > 1 BTC (today)
1 BTC (future) > 1 BTC (present)

Prove me wrong.

of course when I first got into Bitcoin over 4 years ago I knew it was for long term.

My Brother has access to my wallet and I have access to his! I trust him 100%
If you cannot trust anyone 100% you cannot risk giving them access to a wallet.

Well, there's a high chance that it will be a legendary story one day, winning several 10k for some art.
Bitcointalk will have quite a few "little" legendary stories, not as big as Lazlo's pizza or donations for VIP / donator status here on Bitcoitalk. But still amazing stories showing it was not late to get into Bitcoin when they were happening.
Just look at some giveaways held in 2018 / 2019 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5096275.0), where participants could win 0.125 BTC for just a price prediction.  :D
