and here's all bounty's are scam.

How could you say that all of the bounty here in the forum are scam have you join all of them?
I just visited the bounty section and there are still some new thread so this forum is still being used to promote new projects.

Then what they use now?

Maybe you just chosen the wrong bounties and you ended up not paid by the one that you have participated. There are still good bounties that I see and paying their participants, just choose wisely.

Not all of them are scam especially if the manager is good in handling and choosing projects to manage.

You are wrong , Not all Bounty's are scam instead , Many Bounty hunters Like you are Stupid .

You keep on joining those scam bounties that's why they continue scamming people because there are person like you who are willing victim.

Yes, we are now seeing less amount of bounty campaigns here and may be the trend is changing and new projects are using some other marketing methods instead of bounty campaigns but if you are active here you will find the good campaign often.

What I conclude is that you are frustrated bounty hunter and that fits the "job" description correctly. Looking through your post history your account was made back in 2017 so you are fairly old here. Still you never realized that doing bounties is a waste of time.

You can earn from this forum by taking part in signature campaigns. But bounties will not fetch you anything. Most are either failures from start of a scam project that is fooling you into advertise for their own.

Today there are a number of signature campaigns going on. If you are posting to get paid then this forum is not for you but if you are willing to post like a quality poster then you might be able to earn merits and reach a higher rank.

Are you just waking up right now dude? it looks like you have been missing a lot of moment or something else maybe. There are still legits bounties but again it looks like you are just joining without doin any research.
I see that some bounties ended recently and these bounties were using stable coin as payment.
You should talk with yourself about that dude.

Crypto industry has been popular and get mass adoption. Now, we can see the top company trying to choose their fund to buy some crypto currencies especially bitcoin as their investment place. This is what makes many people are trying to invest in the crypto currency and this why there are so many project that didn't use bitcointalk as their first announchment for the project.

Actually, there is no prohibition for that thing but I guess it is more risky than we choose a project that make an announchment in this forum and the project has a official account in this forum. This is will make investors are closer to the project creator and even can be made as a tool to measure the legacy of the project to reduce the likelihood of fraud. So, this is only an option for investors to choose a project that is really safe or not.

They can do as they wish since it's their own project if the teams think doing promotions outside bitcointalk can bring more chances to become a successful project then why not? There's no one force them to introduce or creating a bounty campaign of their project here

How you do able to know that there are no new altcoin being created? Try to look the bounty section or even with altcoin announcement then you would see tons of them are making new one

somehow the extent or the numbers arent the same into those year where ICo is still on extreme hype but still you can see some numbers who do continually to create for those coin developers
and hoping to get some marketshare(this is only for those who are making one legitmately.)

When it comes to scam aspects then its pretty normal.This is why as an investor you should really be careful on choosing which one you would invest on.
