Any exchange to be listed on CMC must have some volume.
Also if they already listed on CMC that is mean they had a certain number of users and hold some of their funds. I guess it can be more than $1000. I think this is just another way to get someone's money.

btw. One year ago, you also asked to buy a crypto exchange (with a $2000 budget) did you buy it then?

I m looking to buy crypto exchange .

It's easy, you just need to go to the cmc site and open the exchanges menu. Set the volume order to descending. If you have an exchange that has 0 volume(24h), then offer to become a buyer by contacting one of the support/admin on their site.

I think that's the most effective way than opening offers in this forum.
Good luck.

an exchange that doesn't have any volume also doesn't have any reputation or in some cases a bad reputation. if you want to waste your money then donate it otherwise spending your money building a new exchange is far better and the result has a better chance of succeeding.

According to CMC's list the lowest volume traded daily that is listed in their website is currently BVNEX (https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bvnex/) which currently has 107$ million dollars worth of daily traded volume an exchange this big won't even bite the 999$ you are asking since they can easily earn that with just maybe a minute of waiting for their commissions and fees. Also for you to understand how these works I believe buying an ownership of an exchange isn't simply as just sending Bitcoin to the other people, buying a crypto exchange is similar to transferring an ownership of a company since the reputable exchanges always have companies backing them. You are simply demanding something way over your budget.

I don't know if there's someone here who owned a crypto exchange listed on CMC that doesn't have a volume.  The best thing you can do is manually check the CMC ranking exchanges (https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/) and contact them that you want to buy their exchange.  I saw, there are 6 exchange platforms that have no volume within 24 hours and it seems abandoned by the owner or not being active.

I tend to agree with the suggestion above, why you're interested in buying exchange platforms that don't have volume, it likely risky on your part because that exchange might have a bad reputation or turn out into an exit scam.  Instead, alternatively suggestion, you can buy a crypto exchange domain name and build your own crypto exchange.  Here is the list of 300+ cryptocurrency exchange domain names for sale (https://www.strategicrevenue.com/list-of-300-cryptocurrency-domain-name-sales-and-sale-prices-namebio/) including the price.  This will make sure that you're not most likely wasting your money.

Otherwise, you can have your decision at all times because that is your money.  Think twice before you will act.

LOL even a single hosting services for a crypto exchange wouldn't be fit on your money. Poor crypto exchanges? Listed on CMC or not, could you still find one? ROFL. All of crypto exchanges can either be still operating right now, or already rugged and had been left with a huge red flag. We all never see the reason behind this request yet it only is possible for negative purposes such as to rebuilt it and scam people.

Hence, your 1k usd can only afford a domain name/hosting, and some beers and pizza to pay for your devs.  :P
