If the central site does not contain that liquidity, it is best to use any alternative to it. There are a lot of DAXs.
The site contains trading of some stocks even though they do not have a license, so it is best to avoid using them. If you mean https://www.quantum-capitals.com/about-us/ then it is a bad 5-MIN edit site and it does not look like what scambroker website indicates. As per hugeblack, it doesn't look like a lot of effort was made in making the website, and effort conveys how serious a business is hence why such websites are a huge red flag.
