DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU PUT MONEY ON SOME WEBSITE - EVEN IF COIN IS LISTED ON MOST TRUSTFULL WEBSITE

and double check, where they store your data, what they do with that.


On website has to be written or ask the support.

they have to give you precise answer or tell exactly where to find all information you need.


DON'T TRUST - just because your best friend told you to join or because FOMO.

There is opportunities everydays, just take responsability yourself and check everythings

Yes in the future, IIRC this forum is already 11 or 12 years old now.

True, DEFI shitcoin on popular exchanges and other scam coin with fake smart contract on Decentralized exchanges.

I'm not sure about this, even though the TOS stated they didn't exposing your identity to other third parties... we didn't for sure what will they do behind the websites.

Another true story, when you didn't know about the basic thing of the investment commodities better to learn or choose other investment that you know how it's work.

It’s dangerous to rely on the advice of others in investing in a crypto project because they can easily mislead you, take your time and resources to search out the information about the coin yourself. Well, am glad you can advise others as we have always done on this forum.

DYOR- Do your own research is the key before investing in any coin. There are so many coins listed on different exchanges but the truth remains that not all has a sistainable project and not all will stand the market demands. It is paramount proper knowledgeable is carried out so as to examinne a coin before investing in them even when we have recommendation. Doing a person research would help answer most of the technical questions such as what purpose is a certain coin fulfilling.

Yes, it is. All of you say is part of being careful because that is our way to prevent getting scamming. If we can not do that, we only get scams and losing money. You need to always search for more information before investing in the coin because you do not know if that coin will be good for you or it is just FOMO. Do not forget that scams will always try to steal your money in many ways, so you need to be careful.

This forum is full of scammers & lowlife vultures who would scam you in an instant if they could. That’s the negative part but more positively I have learnt a lot over the years from people on this forum. There are also many very trustworthy people who will help you.

Just keep your wits about you, keep your head screwed on & you’ll be just fine.

This forum had everything we need to know about Bitcoin and crypto, this is the most sacred place for every crypto adopters. So lets utilise this forum properly, lets be thankful for all the contributors for the benefits and information that every member may acquire. 

You don't invest to a project and altcoin just your friend say so. And before putting your money, always check the validity of the website. Validity in a way if it's a legit project and you don't see the scammy behavior and conditions that it has.

If in doubt, don't continue what you're thinking and just avoid them no matter what to save your money.

Yup, bitcointalk is the most ever helpful community as far as I know. People even give you million dollar ideas for free and importantly you can ask anything related to investment here so you will get some suggestions from our fellow forum members. However even though you should not trust every words on Bitcointalk there are members who don't care about others and shilling for scam sites.

This forum has been useful to all of us in many ways. Right from beginners to experts exists and a lot of learning could also happen if you read the content and crypto more specifically. Also, as mentioned users are helpful and can guide you as well and then final call can be taken as you may receive their opine on the subject. It’s an ample opportunity for one to learn an apply in real life while investing or trading.
