I found that walking on campus, some girls wear makeup, and some girls don’t wear makeup. But almost every girl in the mall wears makeup. So under what circumstances do girls put on makeup?

when they want to feel pretty? that's what my sister told me tho

Generally, when they are moving out and want to look good, they do wear makeup. Majority of them loving getting ready and looking good. Some of them are just natural and want to remain like that only so will not see them wearing the makeup that frequently. Only on special occasions those girls would be wearing it.

wHy you care? do you want to wear make up also ?

it's every women's prerogative and Mood When they will wear make up, But one thing for sure is that.

-- They are wearing Make up because of their Line of Work.

-- They are wearing Make Up to impress Male.

but even what are their reason ? i don't care actually.

If some girls don't wear makeup, they may be lazy. For example, I don’t wear makeup often, I just go out after applying sunscreen. ;)

They want to feel good and look good in others eye.

Many girls are conservative with how they look and that's why some of them uses make up to look better although each of them are already beautiful in their own natural way.

When they want to,
Some of the girls I know wear make up even if they are just on their home.
They would wear it if they feel like it so it doesn't matter if they would go out,take selfie/picture or just going to sit around.
Just let them do what they want it doesn't even bother us.

This depends on the girl, if she is comfortable or not in her own skin without make-up
I remember my ex girlfriend wouldn't leave the house without make-up. This can be really annoying if you have to wait always.

But there are Women that likes simplicity so they don't really like wearing Make up , But I will love seeing you wearing Make up  ;D

According to my observation, in the case of many boys, my sister will make makeup out. :D

luckily my girlfriend is not really need to make up. Just need some sun screen when we go out  :D

That will be up to them because I am not a girl, so I do not know when they put on makeup ;D

Maybe they make up when they want to go to some crowded place and want other people to see that they are beautiful. Maybe you need to ask the girl you meet on the campus and mal, so you know their reason.

Generally speaking, everywhere and everytime other than their sleeping time and I also heard that some girls have the habit of wearing wakeup while sleeping as well. ::)

its not about looking 'pretty' for other people

majority of woman feel insecure about their own looks. and they want to make the most of their own looks for their own anxiety control.

much like why guys wear trousers instead of walking around town in boxers.
they want to cover up their own insecurities and present themselves in the best way possible.

i know some guys think its a silent advert suggesting the woman is looking for a sexual partner. but no its not like that.

so dont think that if a woman is wearing makeup she is automatically going to accept a guys sexual advances

It’s a personal choice, some girls like to wear makeup all the time. Some girls rarely wear makeup, some only wear it on a night out or something. It’s a weird question, let them make up their own minds without us questioning.

When I’m not lazy, I put on makeup. I like makeup, but I’m too lazy to remove makeup, so I don’t wear makeup.

Circumstances ? well I am very confident that they wore Make Ups when they starts becoming this Looks

for me, I make up when in college. at that time, I have learned a lot of knowledge about makeup through friends around me. I don’t have to worry too much about adopting fake conmetics, and I also know what my skin is suitable for. There are many kinds of cosmetics, and many friends around me will recommend some things that they find useful.  ;D

Probably it all depends on where the girl is going. If a girl goes to a party, on a date, she always puts on makeup. And if she goes for a walk to the park, to the forest, to the beach, then I think she doesn't put on makeup.

I personally think that its matter of mood in one hand and willing to put some product on your skin for some reason in the other hand. Other than that I dont beleive there is some other reason behind.

They wear it where they feel insecure about their looks , if she has makeup everywhere she probably doesnt like something about her face , nose or eyebrows

In my own view girl wear makeup to beautify themselves, so that they should look more attractive go men. Boy and girl are made for each other and actually they have to look good, clean and beautiful for each other. Men love to see beautiful faces actually is part of the reason why they have to do makeup.

In some organisations prefer to employee ladies as their customer care, preferrably with the beautiful ladies to attract customers.

Wearing makeup is not a new phenomenon, it goes back thousands of years.
I think a girl should wear makeup whenever she wants to. You can wear makeup to feel more attractive or maybe just because you like trying out different looks.
Life is short and if it makes you happy to get done up, I think you should just do it.
Personally, I prefer makeup that looks natural and not overly dramatic but that’s just my personal preference.

I think girls wear makeup to attract others into eyes.

Under every circumstance because they are very much conscious of their beauty. Some may decide to put on light make up or heavy pending on the occasion they have at hand.

I don’t think there’s any formula to when or where girls wear makeup. Probably just when they want to feel good about themselves or when they go on a night or evening out. Obviously when they’re being lazy or relaxed/chilled in the daytime around campus it’s less likely they will. Just like it’s very likely they will wear makeup in a bar or club.
