Never used the US platform but they usually reply on the binance.com within a day. Try to follow up your issue everyday. I don't think usually they ignore the user's message. But you have to wait a few times. I do not expect a quick response from any exchange either Binance or any other. Due to huge pressure, they would take time to reply you. By the way, are you sure you had contacted through the right channel? If so, you need to wait for their response.

Did you just contact them within less than 24 hours?

I had a problem with binance p2p where someone attempted to scam me over a week ago, and I tried to report the issue but up to today, I haven't got any chance of talking to a customer support agent. All I get are just generic bot replies.
